IC Hotels Santai Family Resort - Kids Concept

This hotel was even better the second time. It has everything for everyone! The staff are so hospitable and it shows how much they enjoy and have pride for their jobs as a lot were there the first time we visited. The hotel also made our holiday extra special as we were celebrating a number of family events whilst there including birthdays. The hotel is in a very quiet location but it has everything you need. The food offer is incredible, with themed nights and chefs making items to order. You are spoilt for choice where and when to eat. The kids restaurant is a great addition and our kids loved it and were able to choose their own food and sit in their own area. The activities on offer by the entertainment team were great, including yoga and Ariel yoga plus fun games. The kids club is extensive, offering activities throughout the day, including crafts and has a park, softplay, toys and cinema. I would like to provide special thanks to Gozde, Sofiya, Murat and Irem. Although they were all great. They put on a spectacular event for Halloween and we're so friendly and caring with the kids. The evening entertainment includes the kids disco and shows, bands, and big shows but you can also have quiet nights in the lobby bar. There is so much at this hotel it's easy to miss things so make sure you explore all areas including the silent pool and aqua park. It is also directly on the beach. I would also like to thank Arti in the spa for making my birthday spa experience extra special in the VIP area. Tunahan, Adile and Mutlu we're also great. The only downside is the costs of the shops on site so make sure you take essentials. The hotel booked us a taxi to the local town for a shopping trip which had plenty of shops to get all the clothes and souvenirs we wanted. But you can organise a day trip to a market on certain days if you want a full day. Would love to visit this hotel again!

Amazing hotel with excellent quality of food options, activities, mocktails drinks and swimming pools. All inclusive was amazing apart from putting on too much weight in the 10 days we stayed there for over indulging in the all inclusive food and drinks. All staff, especially in the restaurant were amazing and welcoming. Comfortable and clean rooms with free mini bar and snacks. We visited this hotel the year before with my brother and his young family and had an amazing time. This time it was just me and the mrs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the better hotels in Belek, Antalya if you travel as a family with kids. Friendly staff and decent value with everyone doing their best for us to have a good time and a happy holiday. I want to highlight Lilium spa, especially Pulat and Mirim for their excellent work done on us as we feel young fresh and new after all the massages and other procedures, thank you! You have done really well and we may come back next year for more massages as all pain is gone. There is a waiter Kadyr who was absolutely lovely (everyone else was nice too) and the only thing I would say is if you happen to be vegan or vegetarian, despite plenty of options, please, keep your mind open as despite Asian and Italian restaurants being great and looking after all our requests the main restaurant plays it safe with food, so do not expect too much from them as the main speciality is fish, meats, eggs and so on. Local vegetables are lovely and I think for this hotel they do their best to cover everyones diet. Rooms are clean and I can not recommend villas enough as you get access to the Club House and a separate pool which may be a big deal during the busy times. After a few days spent at the property we stopped going to the main building and have gotten most of our food and drinks from the Club house rather than the main bars. A special thanks to the barman in the blue shirt (late barman or Club house night person). One more thing to mention about the Club house was how well ladies looked after us during breakfast and Chef making a custom pizza for us during lunch which was wonderful. They also do have a nice coffee spot on the beach and baked potato stand which our kids loved as they had a range of topings they could put on. They try to do their best with the shows and kids activities and cabanas are decent value as well. Overall, we liked our two weeks holiday in IC Santai and think that if you have 2-3 kids, you can not go wrong with the villa (we prefer swim up to star as you get direct access to the pool). One of the highlights is herbal tea in the Lobby bar and the club house as they had Rosehip, camomile and all those other teas for the ladies to enjoy. We have had a wonderful time here and would like to thank IC Santai for delivering a wonderful 2 week holiday for us after all the work. You have been all great and we thank you for the good times! One more thing to mention, this hotel is cat friendly and we have seen turtles, hedge hogs as well so if you happen to be allergic, please, take note of this.

Lovely relaxing experience, food, design, clean,beach, friendly helpful staff, excellent safe for families, and busy-mind solos to calm down and let go .. I enjoyed beach volleyball and night activities .. meals and snacks are amazing .. Gizeim from.animation team is charming and compassionate .. thank you for being around

Thank you for the fantastic 4 days break. As a family of five from all generations (2 seniors, my wife and I and our 10 yr old son) had a lovely holiday that appealed to all our tastes, senses and preferences. Clean, organized room and facilities. Friendly and hospitable staff. Special thanks to Sebastian from activity team. See you next time folks.

It was so lovely. The staff were so attentive and more so very helpful at instigating fun and service. The teen room is really so fun and a ready alternative from shows and other excellent facilities. We have been here twice before, we are here now and we will more than happily come here again. Our experience tells us so!
