We bought a voucher from Living Social for a 2 night stay, I rang the hotel to discover that they didn’t have our booking, Karlos on the phone explained to me that the hotel had changed management and they were over booked and not to travel 4.5 hrs as they don’t have a room for us, they said it living social fault and living social said the hotel has our money it’s between me and the hotel, Has anyone any bother with this hotel before, as I have used living social before and always got my booking. It was a trip to meet family at the Xmas markets, I was so upset as hotels at last minute was 400 to 500 for 2 nights. So the hotel never honour my voucher as it changed management, very badly treated.
