Let's start with the good: the shampoo and shower gel were from my favorite Dutch organic brand, Rituals; the kitchen was fully stocked and very convenient; and the beautiful Queen's University campus is right outside. Now for the bad: The room wasn't cleaned for two consecutive days, but providing fresh towels is at least a minimum, right? I booked a twin room for 1.51-1.81 meters, and the double bed size indicated was the same, but the actual bed was only 1.35 meters, which is incredibly small. The room was also incredibly cramped, with no chair or luggage storage.
