Self check-in was a breeze. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's easy to get to the city center. The cleanliness was just okay, and they don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's no front desk, but when I called, someone answered very quickly.

Our experience was entirely satisfactory; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, not far from Belfast city centre. Everything was amazing.

Very nice room and comfortable bed in a great location to get in and out from the city centre. Highly recommend to anyone staying to get a quick bus up to Belfast castle.

Lovely quiet area. The room itself is fine. Tea and coffee making facilities available. Unfortunately in the room across the hall had a hammered couple staying too. When they eventually stopped crying, they roared at each other until approximately 5 am, kindly leaving the door open, so I didn’t have to guess what they were arguing about. Then builders started dropping blocks on the roof at 8 am - which isn’t as pleasant as it sounds.

On the positive side the place is clean and cosy. The bathroom is heated and there are plenty of towels and there is a hair dryer. On the negative side you need to log into your own netflix and there are no other channels available so the tv is completely useless. It was noisy, feels like cars are passing right next to your head and the walls are Thin so you can hear everything that's happening in the building.
