Great location, nice aesthetic, but actually pretty basic for the price. Comfy bed, uncomfortable sofa, kitchenette will suit travellers wanting a self-catering option, but loads of good places to eat nearby.

Good restaurant. Clean spaciuos room poor light. Broken shade. Remote difficult to access room. Booked this months ago.Desk unwilling to change my room.

The hotel was great all around. Great room, spacious, excellent water pressure in shower. The hotel staff were courteous and accommodating. A five minute walk from city hall and city center. Bus to and from Dublin stop half a block from the hotel.
I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Very impressed w the design at the Flint - simple and pared back, but every need addressed effectively. Nice thoughtful work by the design team. Also: great location in a very hopping quarter of Belfast. And we never heard any noise in the room.

This hotel room was my favorite part of Belfast. it was spacious and clean. Large bathroom and a nice shower. I especially loved the kitchen. The staff were also very friendly and the room was quiet, I hardly realized there were other guests.

We enjoyed our stay VERY much! The room was the perfect size, with the added couch and kitchen/dining table. Three big beautiful windows (created some night noise). Our dislike was the lack of people! The inconvenient check-in and need to pay 48 hours before arriving, instead of at the property, like all other hotels.
If I was at home, it wouldn’t have mattered, but we were on a tour and travelling.
Regardless, it’s a great place, I would stay there again.
