We stayed here last night for a concert. All I can say is avoid. The location is find close to Belast City Centre. The amenities in the guest house aren't great.Very noisy guests. Neighbours having a party till 1am. I spent €219 for one night joke was on me

Lovely clean room with all the usual facilities and more. Lots of food to choose from when you please and a perfect location close to the city centre. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again soon.

Decided to book this due to the good reviews but very misleading as there are options for room with shared bathroom and I booked the room that says it has additional bathroom. No privacy to get showered as 1 of the bathrooms have the toilet at a window with flats able to see in and the shower had a see through shower curtain at the window Price includes Breakfast but only a couple of boxes of cereal and empty juice cartoons Checked out early and complained to David who then accused us of smoking in the room, to avoid not getting his money from booking .com Thankfully got refunded but this property is overpriced and over rated more like £30 per night for basic rooms
