Disorganised and not up to normal standard. Arrived on Saturday, very busy and it was do it yourself to leave your luggage, which didn't feel very secure. Had booked breakfast for 2 of the mornings and none of this was done correctly either. Requested room to be cleaned on 4 occasions over our stay and still waiting for this to be done. Had to request towels as none were provided. Restaurant was busy but this was no excuse for the service, the manager wasn't helpful at all with the mix up with the breakfast bookings and quite sharp in his attitude. The continental selection was shocking, croissant, pan au chocolate, pot of yoghurt and a dish of fruit was the selection, no cheese or meats or any of the other things you would expect. The cooked wasn't much better having to wait for things to be readied, very busy restaurant with one chef and a very small serving area for a buffet breakfast. Neither was worth the money. Only positive thing was the young barman who was polite and helpful. Very disappointed as this hotel is in a great location but wouldn't return.

Our visit to Belfast was the first time we had been, so we didn’t know what to expect, but once we had checked in at the hotel and explored the area nearby we realised the hotel was perfectly placed to access all the bars and restaurants. Check in at the hotel was quick and easy taking less than 5 minutes. Once we entered our room it appeared clean and tidy, however we then noticed there was only 1 teabag next to the kettle but 4 coffee pods for the coffee machine then in the bathroom only 1 hand towel instead of 2, and only a small amount of toilet paper left on the roll and no spare roll. These small issues were soon corrected by going back to reception. The main bugbear we had was with the room keycards. Every time we left the hotel for more than 2 or 3 hours we found that the keycards would no longer work, so we had to go back to reception to get new ones programmed. In total we had to do this 3 or 4 times. Every time the receptionists were always apologetic. Other than this we found the hotel to be very good, with access to all the room corridors restricted so only guests could access them by using their keycard to open the doors. We also found the hotel room to be very quiet even though the hotel is located not far from bars that play live music every night. The main selling point for this hotel is its great location right in the center of the lively bars and restaurants area, and only a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas of the city. It is also only about a 20 minute walk along the riverside from to the Titanic Experience and H&W shipyard.

very good experience, only down fall is waiting at bar long waiting times due to cocktail bar. Residents should really be prioritised. New rooms very modern moon lighting and clean very nice beds and bedding. Well worth visit, if you wont a quiet experience wouldn't stay central, this didn't bother us as we were up also.

Nothing was good about my stay , cold room on arrival , was staying for 3 days and every morning and evening I had to go down to reception to ask them to put the heating on , it's winter time and having to tolerate a cold room isn't acceptable , also we wanted to dine on the first evening in which the receptionist said it's not a problem yet when we go into the restaurant we were told that they could not accommodate 7 people because they only had 1 chef , luckily the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and places to eat , the only positive thing is it's location .

Great location for me - 2 minutes' walk from the gig I'd come for at the Black Box. Surprisingly spacious and comfortable room. Good mattress and pillows. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Decent breakfast. Pretty decent noise insulation considering this is the city centre. Airport Express bus can drop you off just a couple of minutes away on arrival at St Anne's Cathedral (to return you walk c.15 minutes to Grand Central Station).

Very good hotel for the money. Staff friendly and very amenable to requests and questions from visitors. Rooms were clean and spacious fpr our needs. Even though in a busy area our room was quiet. Only issue which is minor is that we could crack open a window for fresh air. We were on the third floor. The window is a full size pane but cannot be opened in any way.

Room was very clean and bed very comfy. Shower was great water pressure and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the purple light in the bathroom Little advise if u r eating in the bar and block is to ask the hotel to book u a table cause without it u could be waiting a while if it is busy. But big shout out to the staff who clean and prep the rooms cause mine was immaculate.
