Customer Service was first rate from initial greeting to final farewell. Substantial breakfasts nicely presented. A stress-free place to stay whilst exploring the city. The hotel seems close to everywhere. Would happily stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Debbie & Jake on the reception desk could not have been more helpful if they tried! Gave lots of good local recommendations and we even got left a birthday gift for my wife when we got into our room. Great location as well for sightseeing.

Two night stay for business. It was faultless. Very high standard of room (Premier Plus) - exceptionally clean and well presented. Quiet at night despite some of the surrounding area being busy with nightlife. High quality co-located restaurant where I ate on one evening. Very convenient location.

We had a lovely overnight stay with breakfast in a premier plus room Aaron checked us in and he was very helpful, kind and courteous. He made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would also like to mention Kirsty and jade, both very professional and kind. The hotel is in a great location.
