Despite repeated requests and reminders, no room cleaning was provided throughout a three-day stay, resulting in an unacceptable level of discomfort and dissatisfaction. Reliability and responsiveness—key components of quality service—were clearly lacking.
In addition, the front-desk experience fell well below expected hospitality standards. The female reception staff appeared disengaged and unwelcoming, offering minimal assistance, limited communication, and little sense of customer care or empathy. Simple requests, such as obtaining basic in-room amenities like milk or tea bags, proved unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, while the physical aspects of the hotel are satisfactory, the service delivery failed to meet reasonable expectations. For a brand positioned around consistency and customer trust, significant improvements are required in staff attitude, service responsiveness, and housekeeping reliability to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.
