Great City centre location, close to the train station, if coming from the airport. Also within walking distance to attractions such as the Grand Opera House and City Hall, as well as wider Belfast. The room of the hotel was spacious though slightly dated, also had some issues with the TV signal but that could have been a fluke.

I booked this hotel solely because it was advertised as having air-conditioning, which is essential in the summer. We found out at check in that not all rooms have air-conditioning and was given a room without air-conditioning. We subsequently spoke with Reception team and was upgraded to a room with air conditioning, thanks to help from Roland. Please take note when booking if this is an essential requirement for you.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained throughout, and our room was comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a real difference to our experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Belfast and access local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience from check-in to check-out, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.

Check-in with Sarah Jane was smooth and effortless, she was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem- great first impression of the hotel! The room was spotless, fresh and welcoming- just perfect. Everything that you need! Breakfast was lovely, had a vast range of food and even alternative milk which is a bonus! I would say the breakfast staff are a bit curt and lack in some basic manners! There was a shortage of cups so had to wait but no one was moaning or complaining and the young man who was replenishing was in a foul mood. Even witnessed him cleaning tables muttering to himself. Not really nice to see when you want to have a chilled breakfast to start your day. All in all a great stay, a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city, the location is perfect and most of the staff were incredibly helpful! Will stay here again ⭐️

Nice room, clean, tidy and near everywhere. Will come back if going to Belfast again
