Response from Property: Paula, given you raised these points with our office team today, we're extremely disappointed to find same details publicly. I must be honest, we're incredibly baffled by your claims of the apartment being 'filthy.' Our Housekeeper Supervisor fully inspected this property prior to your arrival and found it fully serviced, clean and up-to-standard for your arrival. Given we were in full communication with you prior to arrival, we find it strange that you did not reach out to us during your stay regarding any of the issues you have noted. Please note; all bed linen is fresh and provided by a local laundry company. The building management company are responsible for the outside cleaning of windows at this building, this cannot be carried out by our housekeepers, however we appreciate your point regarding this. Again, regarding the heating, you were in contact with our team prior to arrival and could have reached out to us at any point during your stay for assistance, had you needed it. I will certainly have our maintenance department thoroughly inspect the walls, floors and doors in this apartment, however, should you have felt unhappy, we would have appreciated the opportunity to offer a resolution/relocation and avoid an unexpected 1* review.
