This is my first stay in a 2 star hotel so not sure if it meets the usual requirements or not but it was clean and central. You have to pay for 10 pounds if you want to check in early. The room does not have any hair dryers or shampoo. The weirdest thing was the toilet was inside the room with a half door (not half but there was space) so the room was smelly. I would not have stayed there more than a night.

It's suitable for a small family. It's very close to the city center. And the transportation is very convenient. The working staff at reception is very nice.

I spent one night with my little daughter in a triple room.  my daughter enjoyed the double-decker bed.  the hotel is in a very central location just a few minutes walk from the Grand Central Station .  there are many nice restaurants around it
