Very close to the train station. You can take bus 300 from the airport to the train station, then walk to the hotel. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and small bars nearby, and it's close to Queen's University. Overall, the transportation is quite convenient. There's a small bar opposite the hotel, so it might be a bit noisy at night. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The overall stay experience was pretty good, and the breakfast was simple but provided basic nutrition.

The only two good things about this hotel are the location and staff. Great location and lovely staff at the reception. The quality of the room was really poor (see some pics attached). We’ve stayed for three nights and our room was never cleaned through our stay. The glasses never changed and on one occasion the wet towels were just left on the floor, the toilet left dirty (they don’t have a brush otherwise I would’ve done the job myself). Breakfast really scarce (I would rather go to weatherspoons few doors down next time). Staff were lovely, but I would not stay again. If you’re thinking of paying a wee bit more and getting a better quality room,do it.

The hotel itself is great, haha, and the front desk staff are very friendly. However, it's not great value for money during peak season. There aren't many choices in small places, and they're generally more expensive. You could consider coming during the off-season; the scenery is just as good.

Room was surprisingly nice given it’s a budget hotel, bar and pool table at the bottom which makes for good vibes. Overall pretty good for a budget place.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from City Hall, with plenty of supermarkets and bars nearby. Public transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get to the Titanic Museum, the airport, and join day tours – perfect for independent travelers. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean, and for Belfast, these are perfectly good conditions. It was especially great to have a triple room, which really made our trip comfortable. Everything was fine.

Service needs improvement especially during check-ins. We were not properly oriented. There was no kettle in the room, we didn’t know wether there’s a complimentary drinks or not. Location was fairly good. Walking distance to various landmarks and attractions like Ulster hall, City hall, St. George’s market, Botanic gardens, etc. Cleanliness: windows needs proper cleaning with molds around.

Not great value for money, but the location is decent and quite close to the city center. The room was a bit small.

This hotel is a bit strange; it costs two pounds to store luggage and two pounds to play pool, but it's not overly expensive. The room itself was tiny, but it was guaranteed to be quiet.

The location is convenient, with a Tesco Express and many restaurants and bars nearby. It's easy to get everywhere, and quiet at night for sleeping. The front desk staff were very friendly, and storing luggage is cheap at £2 per item.
