This Guest Boutique is a hidden gem. The building is amazing, along with the owners and staff. The bedrooms are lovely and we have never slept on such comfortable beds& pillows. Tea coffee and biscuits refreshed daily, plus a descent hair dryer. Plenty of space for clothes. Heating was on all day, if needed. We had a ground floor accommodation with disabled bath room. Interior decoration an fittings were ultra modern. The guests lounge was stunning and comfortable, lovely area to relax. There is a lovely ultra modern dinning area and kitchen, where to can cook meals if you wish with every you require to cook with. The kitchen has dish washer Washing machine/dryer. There is a two tiered patio along with tables chairs and plants. Although not in middle of Belfast city centre it is ideally placed. Titanic experience/museum restaurants, leisure centre's clubs pubs shopping a plenty all 10 mins on the bus or 5 mins taxis most seating 6 people. At the moment Belfast city centre is a winter wonderland. The Titanic Guest house is the place to stay, forget the high rise hotels. Plus only 10 minuets drive from Belfast city Airport. we stayed 4 days.

The boutique is well situated (10min walk from Lanyon train station and 15min walk from city center). Our room was very clean, super cozy and had everything we needed (tv, little tea station, mini fridge and a small closet to hang clothes). The staff is very friendly. Great value, highly recommend!
