Central Belfast Apartments: Citygate

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights with family, and it was absolutely PERFECT. The location is what you are looking for when you are visiting Belfast, close to City Center and other areas of interest. The apartment had EVERYTHING we needed in our stay, and more. Clean, organized and fully equipped. The most important thing was the TEAM BEHIND! They helped us from the moment we made our reservation until we left. Lauren, specially, was wonderful and guided us thru everything we needed. She made sure that our stay was perfect and easy. Thank you so much for making our visit to Belfast one of a kind! Excellent city center apt for the money Absolutely would recommend, every amenity was thought of, present well and rules easy to understand. Customer service was excellent and prompt, kept me well informed even before i arrived. Security was great and car parking included was a bonus. Property was well situated for all sight seeing and tours in centre of belfast. Would have liked 2 keys as felt we were doing everything together as only one key.

The apartment was lovely. Spacious and comfortable with everything that we required for a pleasant couple of days. It’s not a great position if you don’t have a car or prefer not to drive but there were a few places to eat about 10 minutes walk.

Reasonable apartment in good location of Belfast The apartment is well situated for access to Belfast and there is plenty of space within the apartment. The finish in the apartment is very poor and some of it looks like it was a self dIY project, particularly the tiling and the kitchen cabinets. However, it was clean, well situated and reasonable value for money!

The worst customer service. The check in is the worst. They were not helpful at all. The whole lockbox and key is all backwards. The garage situation not much better got stuck in the wrong garage and said maybe the next day they could help us but not sure never checked back to see if we got out made us late retuning the car rental so was charged an extra 200.00 for late return. The floors were filthy if you walked barefoot from bathroom to bedroom your feet were black. Will not book ever again and would no recommend for clients as I am a travel agent.
