Great location and incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast was just what was needed before leaving for the day. Could have been good to also have provided a non-dairy milk. Gluten free was available though. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a car, while it says off-site parking, it’s just a local paid parking car park and a bit of a walk if you have bags. Not at all connected to the hotel.

Great location. Reception manned 24/07. Very good self service breakfast.  Only downside was not being able to walk around the bed. Access  was from one side only.

Great location, clean and tidy. My only negatives were the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the beds are also only small doubles so not alot of room. We had a nice view looking out onto Belfast cathedral, as shown in the picture. Breakfast was good, with a good selection to choose from and a nice coffee machine. Overall, I would stay again but dont expect a good night's sleep.

Overall is ok, budget price! Friendly staff, ok check out before 11am and slightly far away from bus interchange, 20-30mins walking. 15mins walk to City Hall. Breakfast is ok, 5 different type in bread, also have hem, Cheese, coffee machine for coffee, at least have basic breakfast, unfortunately no have eggs there.

Basic but purposeful accommodation, good location, clean and good value. Continental breakfast included however I didn’t get to try.

Ideal location, on street parking or public car park near by. 4/5 mins walk to nice area with bars. Lovely staff member greeted up and gave us a recommendation for places to go. Continental breakfast was ideal the next morning in a shared kitchen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable even though it was small but was only for one night. Would stay again

Great value excellent location very clean room and kitchen geat continental breakfast . Down side small bed for 2 people and shower floor slippery.
