This is not a hotel; it’s a very old house. The bedroom is completely separate from the bathroom and toilet. You literally have to lock your bedroom door, walk into a shared hallway, unlock the bathroom door, and then lock everything back up just to return to your room. This is nowhere to be seen in the photos, and they never mentioned it in the description. There isn't even a sink in the room; you basically have to migrate somewhere else for anything other than sleeping in your bed. I didn't book breakfast, so I have no comment on that. However, the hygiene was unacceptable. When I entered the room, I found a latex in the room. I sent a photo to the reception, but they didn't even bother to send an apology message and completely ignored me after seeing it. Also, don't book this place for the parking, it is always full. You can easily park on the street at almost any other hotel anyway. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Went to bed late and still had a good night’s sleep. Felt like was in a day spa. Excellent service. Candidate for the program “four in a bed” on tv. Will definitely be the winner

Great value, location is in the city center. Very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, which exceeded all my expectations. I arrived quite late and needed to check in and collect the keys myself, but the process was clearly explained to me in advance and was incredibly straightforward and convenient. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the two mirrors, each with its own lighting – such a practical touch! The location was also great, very convenient for getting around. The staff were absolutely lovely and added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.
