We stayed with my companion at Hotel Villa Carlotta in July. We appreciated the cleaning and friendliness of the staff, but above all we appreciated the kitchen of the structure , we took the menu to the paper appreciating every range, especially the cherry with cream to the safferan, to be perfectly cooked and cream as a very good combination. We met Chief Vincenzo who, with sweating and tired, came close to exchange two talks.good Vincenzo and all the staff of Villa Carlotta will certainly return and ask if we can still have a portion of branzin at the Safferan cream!
