In what the locals call Laobei District, the hotel is not big and the rooms facing the street are not well soundproofed. At 7 o'clock in the morning, you can hear the busy traffic on the street and it is quite noisy. The SPA is not bad. You can relax after working hard.

On my last night in Belgrade, I had to catch an early flight when I woke up. The best part about Xenon is its high cost performance. I searched for a hotel with a swimming pool and parking. The price was really gratifying. Hyatt's price is double, think about it and just sleep on it or forget it. The advantage of the hotel is that it has everything, but the disadvantage is that everything is so-so. For example, there is a garage, but the entrance is a one-way street, and you have to drive around a lot, and it is still difficult to park in a three-dimensional parking space; there is a swimming pool, but the water is relatively cold; (but the baby still had a lot of fun, and I praise the sparrow for being small and well-organized. There is actually a sauna room; the room facilities are relatively winey, but you can watch You Tube... Although there is no luggage trolley or bellman, the girl at the front desk helped us set up a sofa bed, and we still gave her a tip. It was almost 9 o'clock and we still had time to sneak away I went shopping for a while, and there were large shopping malls and supermarkets within walking distance. I bought chocolates and good men's clothing. It was only half an hour's drive to the airport the next day. In short, it was a night with ordinary equipment but a very happy stay. Value for money, I love you. !

Хотела написать хороший отзыв, т.к.отель достойный, но после того как оплатила наличными продление с 09.07.26 по 11.07.26, а они отправили в Трип и те ещё сняли с банковской карты 20108.00 рублей и теперь никто не хочет возвращать деньги, призываю не иметь дело с Трип, удалять сразу после списания карту с их сайта, не оплачивать наличными отелю и закрыть все опции на списание с карты!!!!! Т.е. Из- за одной недотёпы на ресепшене, которая неверно оформила приходную операцию теперь не найти конца!!!!

My husband and I spent 3 nights very recently in this fabulous 4★ hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very warm and friendly young lady at the reception. In fact all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean as is the bathroom and the guests are supplied with a whole box of free bathroom products. We really enjoyed going to the spa which which was just perfect for a bit of chill out time. The breakfast buffet whilst small still offered a very nice choice of local products to start the day. We chose this hotel because we were visiting friends who live very close to the hotel and the fact that everything was so perfect came as an unexpected bonus to our trip. Highly recommend this little gem in Belgrade and we will most certainly stay at the Xenon Hotel again on our next visit.

My stay at Xenon Hotel was extremely unpleasant and far below any acceptable hospitality standard. The biggest issue by far is the staff, especially at the reception. The behavior was arrogant, cold, and controlling, with a forced, sour smile and a tone more suitable for talking to small children than to hotel guests. You are made to feel completely unimportant and unwelcome. The only exception are the cleaning staff, who do their job quietly and professionally. Another major problem is the excessive surveillance. The hotel is covered with cameras everywhere, above the room entrance doors, above the breakfast area, and around the pool area. The feeling of being constantly monitored is disturbing and eliminates any sense of privacy. It does not feel like a hotel, but like a controlled environment where every move is watched. The elevators are poorly organized and shared with residents of the building, who openly show irritation when the lift is occupied by hotel guests. This creates an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. Even the children noticed it and asked why people were behaving this way. It was the first time they felt unwelcome in a hotel, which says a lot. Breakfast is very poor. Food often runs out and is not replenished properly. The coffee machine is a small, slow household model, leading to constant waiting lines and frequent emptying. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, this place offers no sense of comfort, relaxation, or hospitality. Because of the staff’s attitude, the feeling of constant surveillance, poor organization, and weak breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very good hotel, excellent staff. The hotel is located în a good position, close to a shopping mall. Breakfast was good, room is good, SPA is good and staff was top. Belgrade is a very beautiful city, with very nice people and great food. I love everything there and I would love to come back.

A very good hotel, good service, very pleasant swimming pool, modern rooms, well maintained, we chose it due to its location as we needed to be close by and not in the centre, so if the location is good for you, it is highly recommended. With a car or a cab, the centre is about 10 minutes away.

We stayed at this hotel for three days during our Christmas holidays in Belgrade. We were impressed by the spa and indoor pool, which our kids loved. It's also convenient for reaching Belgrade city center via public transportation. There are also several free parking lots in the area. The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather meager for the quality of the hotel; otherwise, I would have given it a full rating.
