Great hotel with great staff and rooms, close to the centar and all the main localities. Rooms are big and decor of the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is local and very rich. There is shopping center close, bus station and river.

The property is being renovated and when it is done should be excellent. Right now lots of mold and very humid in bathroom. Almost all bathrooms are this way. Broken widow in bathroom as well. Area around was convenient to bus station. Nice places to go and see around.

We chose this hotel because of its location near the bus station. Unfortunately it didn’t come up to our expectations. Some of the decor was very nice but other areas need attention especially the bathroom which needed a good clean. The a/c doesn’t go very low and as it is in the lounge area the sleeping area is very warm. The hotel seems to be used mainly by coach trips. Breakfast is either manic or come down later to find every table dirty and no clean plates or cups. Nothing seems to be replenished. The restaurant staff were very rude. The saving grace at this hotel is the receptionist Ivana who did her best to help us and others.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel was booked out to a large group of students who were completely out of control, playing loud music, in and out of rooms, talking loudly etc until 2-3am. The receptionist was too young and inexperienced to deal with the behaviour. One guest even said they were letting off bangers/fireworks! I threatened to call the police and I wish I had now. The bedroom is dated, bathroom is a health and safety hazard- broken, rusty shower, broken toilet seat and don’t get me started on the breakfast!! We stayed for 2 nights and asked for our first night to be refunded- due to not sleeping etc which the manager refused over the phone, after discussing this on the phone with him, not at one point did he apologise for the poor service. He then said he would ask the managing director about the refund and phoned us upon our arrival in the UK. Did he phone or email? No. Absolutely disgusting service. Please, please do not give this hotel your money. I have added some photos of the bathroom.

Queen's Astoria Hotel located very close to the heart of the Belgrade,. It was clean and rooms were comfortable. We stayed only one night, but it was good choice for stopover. I do not remember if we had breakfast because we had to move early morning but all was good.

Per essere un quattro stelle ci vuole ben altro e a parte la Hall sfarzosa con divani e auto storica al centro, le camere e i servizi lasciano molto a desiderare. Iniziando dal wifi con scarso segnale, piumino letto piccolo per due persone, camera molto impolverata e spifferi alle finestre. La colazione è prevalentemente intercontinentale con poca scelta, caffè ovviamente da macchinetta erogatore. Personale poco disponibile quasi del tutto indifferente. Ho chiesto un cerotto per un taglio al dito e neanche quello tenevano. Insomma, per la cifra alta che abbiamo pagato nel periodo di capodanno, a saperlo avrei scelto altro. Non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Hotel che ha il suo fascino retró ma un po’ da risistemare. La stanza é carina ma la doccia idromassaggio era fuori uso. In più dal primo piano si sentiva la musica della hall costantemente. Personale ok, specialmente il signore della colazione molto gentile e sorridente. Posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal cuore della città

Habitaciones sucias, desayuno horroroso: no había bufet te daban un papel y elegías solo huevos, no había mermelada y la máquina de café estropeada. El wifi no funcionaba en la habitación. Si tenías media pensión la cena era en el restaurante de al lado y te daban lo que ellos quería, tú no elegías. Encima pagamos como un hotel de 4 estrellas cuando un hostal en España da mejor servicio. En definitiva: un timo.
