Room smelled of sewage coming from the bathroom. Room had 2 floor to ceiling windows, one had window coverings one did not. I felt like getting dressed would put on a show for all of Belgrade. The window was up high and couldn't be closed.Other than the smell, the bathroom was good. Perhaps the other rooms were better. I was in room 11.

I can say the economy room we stayed in is not 4* nor is it for 2 persons, this room is tiny, ok for single person stay. Also the room is like an unfinished site, holes in walls, wires sticking out in the bathroom and an unfinished door frame! Walls need a fresh layer of paint as they were dirty! One of our pillows had suspicious stains on, towels ripped and no where to hang them. This was more a 2* stay for sure…

We stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned, you have to go to the reception to change the towels. slippers etc in the bathrooms. There are no care products for tourists, these are the only things missing: friendly staff, clean and comfortable center

It is beyond perfect, the location of the hotel is great and you have breakfast at the St. Mark restaurant next to the famous church. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the temperature is wonderful, the balcony view is even more wonderful. I'll come again. I'm glad we chose this place. Really in the heart of the city centre.

Friendly staff but did not have the area provided for the paid room. Internet ok, but no office to work (business stay). No coffee maker or restaurant on site, otherwise I would have rated 7/10. Can be noisy for light sleepers (which I am not), but the location is great for walking around town and accessing transport.

Great location! In the middle of the city and still quiet! But otherwise not so good. The elevator and the air conditioning do not work. We also didn't get the room we had actually booked. In response to this comment, we were just told that that's just the way it is now.
