The hotel location and breakfast are fantasy. Bed is comfortable and housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room and hotel spotless. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were very service oriented too. The hotel offers welcome water bottles, a mini fridge, a safe, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of cupboard space to store everything. They also offer excellent airport pickup service which is helpful when you arrive after a long journey. The only downside was the service at the front desk is hit or miss. When I inquired about the Nikola Tesla museum, they advised that I check it online by myself - not exactly the advice I was looking for and I had to again prompt them to confirm if I needed a booking for the English tour. But they weren’t exactly willing to call the museum or find me the right answer. I later discovered via my walking tour, the exact details I needed. If you expect tourists, tourist information and helpful service are essential. Another example was the day before checkout, I asked about taxis to the airport, a wake up call and breakfast ( only fruit and a bottle of water was all I wanted). They told me I can pay Euros for the taxi (not possible), wake up call was late and breakfast didn’t have water- all small details but points that seemed to occur every day of my stay. Other than the minor improvements needed, this hotel is worthwhile.

The service is outrageous. She ordered the mom in addition to the transfer number. asked if the hotel name would be on the board along with her name because she was worried after a dangerous story with taxi drivers in another country. The hotel answer would be. Actually the board only with name. We asked for a quiet room in advance and to turn off the air conditioner so that the room is warm. The hotel's answer is yes, of course. Actually - a ice-free room, the room has 20 degrees air conditioning and noise all night. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is medium. Location is perfect.

The location of the hotel is less than ten minutes away from Republic Square. There are internet celebrity coffee shops and pizzerias downstairs. The surrounding environment is good, but because the square is being renovated, vehicles cannot go directly downstairs. The apartment is on the fourth floor and you can see the surrounding landscape. It is cozy. It took some time to find a house, because first I went to the 22nd room, and the diagonally opposite is 22A. The owner was also very nice and helped to call a car to the airport.

If you are on a business trip, don't book this apartment. This apartment is privately remodeled and rented. The semi-sink basement at the bottom of the building. No sign of the apartment hotel was found at the entrance of No. 8 of the entire building. Since my flight landed in the middle of the night, it is estimated that it will be the next day at the hotel, so I have already paid all the room rates for the first day and the room rates for the later days through Ctrip. However, at one o'clock in the middle of the night, I arrived at the address displayed by Ctrip. I couldn't find the logo of any hotel. The hotel and Ctrip did not contact in advance, resulting in myself finally contacting the landlord after almost an hour in the cold wind. When I saw it in the basement, I almost collapsed, but I didn't have a choice in the middle of the night. On the one hand, I felt cheated by Trip.com, and on the other hand, I was not at ease with the safety of this private apartment. I finally got home in horror and unease. The appearance of this hotel is seriously inconsistent with the display on Trip.com!

Not bad, on the street in the city center, the sound of performances on the street can be heard outside the window at any time! Similar to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in Shanghai, there are many shops and western restaurants, the hotel is clean, the attitude of the staff is also good, and there are many kinds of breakfast You can buy a local mobile phone card at the Tusan store passing by, it is not expensive!

In the city center of Old Belgrade, close to the pedestrian street, it is very convenient for shopping and eating. It takes ten minutes to walk to the Kalemegdan Park Zoo, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby.
