Best Hotels in Belle Chasse

My 93 year old husband and I spent two nights at Hotel indigo last week and were very pleased with our experience. The room was nicely appointed in the bathroom was spacious though we did have an accessible room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! Every place in the hotel was very clean, and nicely appointed. We were most impressed with the Front desk staff who were so helpful, courteous, and kind. We want to do a shout out to Susanne, who couldn't have been nicer, as well as professional. The common interest hotel dining room had good food at reasonable prices. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but very convenient and the attendants were also very helpful. Just around the corner on Carondelet Street we discovered the Gallier oyster bar, which had good food at a reasonable price.

- Location: Easy to access - Gym room: Very limited types of machines - The room: Just a room. - As an Asian, I can say there’re some cultural differences between US hotels and Asian hotels. Americans might find the hotel great while Asians might not.

The hotel has no breakfast. The hotel is very decorated with CHIC and is suitable for taking pictures of me. The rooms are large and the facilities are very convenient. Parking near the surrounding area is very expensive. The parking lot directly opposite the hotel is the cheapest.

Much better than expected. The location is actually very good, very close to the French Quarter, breakfast is very good. The front desk actually let me stay at the breakfast hotel and invited me to breakfast. A unique city in New Orleans is worth coming back!

Excellent customer service provided by Sharnell Johnson - Front Desk Agent! She was extremely helpful to my husband and me. Although we are not new to New Orleans regarding visiting, but this was our first experience at the Blake Hotel. She helped us by providing excellent directions to each place we wanted to go. She also calmed my fear of elevators by giving great details on when the elevator was last serviced and the amount of usage on a daily basis. She also gave her personal experience of the elevator and made me feel comfortable enough to ride it alone. She greeted us each day that we were here with a smile and a warm greeting. We will definitely stay again at this hotel and we pray that Ms. Johnson will still be working at the hotel. The Blake Hotel needs to employ more Front Desk Agents with the same personality and knowledge that Ms. Johnson has. It would aid in the continued success of The Blake Hotel for Ms. Johnson to serve in management on how to treat guests. She is truly great and awesome! We will definitely be back!

Clean and bright, on the Mississippi River, very close to attractions. Of course the best is Drago’s on the first floor.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the TownePlace Suites on Canal Street! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! Hotel was clean and well kept; rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable! My only suggestion would be to stock up on food & snacks (in the awesome full-sized refrigerator!). Late at night there are not many places to walk to and there is no dining service in the hotel (though there is a well-appointed convenience shop in the lobby). This hotel is in easy walking distance from the theater and the French Quarter/Bourbon Street. It is also only a few blocks from the convenient trolley! Thanks again for a really lovely stay. I hope to be back soon!

Ctrip is an Airbnb listing. There is no front desk staff at the hotel. The other party has already sent the room message and room password to Trip.com by email. But Trip.com has never had any feedback, and the email provided has also received Trip.com's confirmation number. I called the hotel staff at the entrance of the hotel and tossed remotely for more than half an hour before I checked in. Fortunately, it was working hours. In case of night, I might have to wait outside for one night. This Ctrip service is extremely inadequate
