Super 8 by Wyndham Belle Fourche SD

For a low-budget motel in a tourist area, I was amazed. Everything was fresh and clean; none of the usual wear and tear. The two staff members I encountered were both friendly and pleasant. The man who checked me in must have noted my use of a cane and some difficulty getting out of my car: he gave me the room nearest the door and a parking space right close to the door. After traveling all day in 90-100° temperatures, the room was pleasantly cool. When the temperature outside dropped, I was pleasantly surprised to find the window slid open easily, admitting cool, fresh mountain air. I plan to stay there on my return trip.

Not impressed with the quality of this Super 8. The desk clerk was in the back and needed to be summoned by a bell. Room was just ok. Breakfast was just alright.

It was run down and trashy feeling The tv and light fixtures did not work. It looked and felt dirty. The room above was extremely loud when they walked on the floor.

Room did not look like picture in size. Picture of building did not look like the site. There was no place to hang coats. Continental breakfast offered was not stocked. Coffee had absolutely no cream available. Rolls were only one store wrapped cinnamon roll. This wasn't because early risers emptied the tray. They were not stocked. First floor window screens looked shabby and loose.

It was clean and quiet place ro stay for a quick trip. Right off thd msin road snd had breakfast.

Room was very clean and staff was great. Located close to many restaurants.

Good place to stay especially if you travel with a dog

We turned off air conditioning. Weather was cool and windy.

Yes everything was nice, but no place to hang clothes on.
