The hotel room walls were very dirty and looked like they had not been clean in a while. There was hair found on the counters, tv stand and bed. The fridge was not cleaned and had food particles not clean.

Our stay was just one night. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would want in such a small space. It was pretty noisy, but I should have guessed it would be that way considering the location

The young man took this in was wonderful! Very personable. Good sense of humor. Really enjoyed our check-in experience. He was also very helpful when it came to bring us up some paper clips so we could shut our drapes better as they didn't close all the way. Loved the Continental breakfast. The selection I feel was better than others.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and kind.
It was a very noisy place. The walls are thin and sound came through easily. As drunk people walked by the window it was quite loud. I was by the stairwell and that was quite noisy. The walls in the room had food stains and possibly blood? The bed was nice and comfortable. The rear of a restaurant was in the same parking lot and every time someone would throw something in the dumpster it would make a very loud metal clanging noise. This continued until about 1am.
There were a couple of what appeared to be homeless people living near the parking lot, and many of the people loitering in the area looked really rough. After finally getting to sleep, about 3:30 am, I was awakened by a very loud noise of metal banging, like something was hitting the restaurant's metal dumpster. If there was another place that I could have gone to at that time of night I would have left. This is not a place that I would like to come back to.

My 19 year old son and I had a very late arrival.
It was unclear how to get to our room… signage and lighting difficult.
We also had a bad encounter with another guest getting in our business… getting too close wanting to “help” us. Not the properties fault… but speaks to other guests. Wouldn’t stay here as a single woman.
