Reviews of Quality Inn Bellevue

We had trouble finding affordable accommodations, but found the Quality Inn offering what we were looking for (Eastside, good beds, pets allowed), but booked non-refundable without checking reviews first. After seeing the reviews we were quite worried, but the bad reviews turned out to be not doing justice to the place. Yes, it is not the Waldorf Astoria, but you won't be spending Waldorf Astoria money here. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a few restaurants at walking distance.

A pleasant stay. Nothing fancy, but very clean. Large room. Friendly staff at check in. Not much in the way of breakfast (but we knew that when we made our reservation). Location was great - quiet, but close to “Seattle stuff” and to the highway to get out to the National Parks the next day. Good stay.

This motel is gross! We pulled into the parking lot and a rat ran in front of our truck! Now we have seen rats in the area including in federal way and in Lynwood it is still off putting! We got into our room and even tho it looked clean, we were awaken in the middle of the night with cockroaches crawling in the bed and in the bathroom! We shook out our stuff and got out of there! This place looks like it rents by the hour! Doesn’t deserve any stars but 0 isn’t available!

Stayed in Q2 2022. Booked 2 rooms for colleague and I. Both very shabby - e.g. masking tape to cover damage to door. Chipped furniture. I had a wet carpet (on entry, before shower use). Could see daylight through door to outside. Paper thin walls so could hear everything to the side and above. Would never go back and is often referred to on "business trips go wrong" conversations.
