The place is pet friendly yet the rooms were so clean you couldn't tell. The service was fantastic - all the staff were super helpful and very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and this is my new fave place in the Omaha Metro. Hot breakfast, good parking, nice stay, clean rooms and I felt VERY SAFE here. For under $100 per night, it's impossible to find a better deal. We WILL be back! I have recommended this place to other people already.

Our stay was great. Easy check in and check out. They had a problem with the keys reseting every day, but we just had to take them to the desk and get new ones. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel based on price point and reviews, and it's convenient location to my destination. I was surprised to find no coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge in the room. Yes, coffee available in the lobby 24/7 however the complimentary breakfast wasn't put out until 7am. Just timing on my part, but i had to leave for my destination before that.
The staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I still rate it overall highly, just need to be aware of the limitations in the amenities.

Two night stay was sleepless due to constant neighbor noise. Room phone didn't work to contact front desk. Check-out is 11 but housekeeping banged on our door @ 9. Rugs are stained & ripped. We won't revisit .

Outdoor walkway is crumbling and a safety hazard. Food at breakfast was cold. Good locations. Stayed there for being pet friendly.

Thank you for having very professional staff at the front desk. I was traveling alone, and I was happy She did not repeat my address, my full name or make it obvious I was traveling alone. The lobby was full of men and if she would’ve repeated anything, I would’ve left and found a Hilton property. The room was very clean and neat. The sheets felt like cardboard and made my skin itchy. The heat and AC unit was outdated and extremely loud. The walls were so thin. I did not know that’s why the earplugs are provided. I would not stay again, but the price was decent. I did not eat any of the continental breakfast, most of it was gone by 8:15 in the morning and I needed to get on the road. The coffee was terrible.
