Once we arrive at the hotel, I noticed that it was very nice and clean. The front desk lady was also very friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant that night, and had a waitress who was fabulous. Very nice. The next day, we were handed menus for breakfast (which I've included a picture of).. you'll notice on the menu that I was handed, it is unaltered and states that the breakfast ends at 10 am. Once we got to breakfast, it was 9:21AM. A very rude younger girl through a fit - literally - and told us we only had 9 minutes to order. She would slam plates and act generally like she hated her job. When I told her the menu I had shows they close at 10, she handed me another menu, which I've included as well, that was crossed out and showed 9:30. Which is fine, 9 minutes is 9 minutes. When my 2 year old dropped a piece of bacon on the floor, she walked by and said a very obvious "F" bomb. Don't think we will stay at a Holiday Inn here again. Then, we were charged for the kids food - which in the picture I provided clearly states that kids are free. So, we had to deal with that to get that taken care of.
