The hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

Small but very comfortable room, didn't use the pool or sauna, but they looked very good, the shower was easy to adjust and very good too. The only thing that left something to be desired was the damaged toilet.

A recepção é péssima, com poucos atendentes, que demoram demais pra fazer o checkin, além de não ser climatizada e fazer os hospedes passarem um calor infernal enquanto esperam a fila quilométrica para poderem ir para o quarto … Além de tudo você chega e mandam sentar num sofá ao invés se pegar uma senha , várias pessoas chegando ao mesmo tempo e tendo que se organizar em fila, para não perder a vez … O quarto é pequeno , porém confortável e o chuveiro do banheiro não é muito bom, porém da pra tomar banho ! O café da manhã compensou a estadia , pois é bem gostoso e variado, e o local é climatizado e confortável !

O atendimento na recepção é péssimo com atendentes mal educados, tive que comprovar para um deles que fiz a reserva em quarto com cama de casal pela Trip, porque ele insistia que a reserva era com 2 camas de solteiro e que teria que pagar mais para me hospedar em quarto com cama de casal, mas depois dessa discussão concordou comigo e confirmou a reserva.
O quarto é ruim, pequeno e com cheiro de mofo, tem barulho de trânsito que incomoda muito por causa da localização e um ar condicionado antigo funcionando em condições precárias.

Eu cheguei no hotel por volta de 18:30, após uma longa viagem de carro e ao dar entrada no hotel o sistema estava fora do ar e fui informada que deveria aguardar até 20:00 horas até que o sistema fosse reestabelecido; eles não tinham outra maneira de verificar a minha reserva para liberar o quarto. Fui estacionar o meu carro no que eles chamam de garagem; na verdade o estacionamento é um porão minúsculo, abandonado igual a um filme de terror, imundo, um depósito cheio de coisas velhas (camas, cadeiras, colchões...) e cheio de materiais de obra espalhados (sacos de cimento, areia...). Um horror. Ao parar o meu carro fui abordada por um atendente que pediu que eu deixasse a chave do meu carro na parte externa do automóvel, no parabrisa. Nunca tinha visto isso. É claro que não deixei. Aquilo não pode ser chamado de estacionamento de jeito nenhum. E ainda a um custo de 37,80 por esse luxo.
Gostei do café da manhã.
