A Experiência foi pessima. Paguei uma reserva com café da manhã incluso mas chegando lá descobrimos, minha irmã fez uma reserva no mesmo hotel, que o Flat California nunca ofereceu café da manhã. Alem disto o serviço é péssimo, em cada apartamento tinha apenas 1 toalha de banho e 1 de rosto, no meu caso foi suficiente, mas no caso da minha irmã fez muita falta já que ela estava com o Marido.
No meu apartamento a televisão não funcionava, tive que desconectar e conectar todos os cabos para conseguir ligar, mas o controle remoto da NET, não funcionava.
O apartamento é bom, mas do jeito que as coisas funcionam/não funcionam, garanto que nunca mais volto lá

O problema maior da hospedagem foi com a Trip.com que nos cobrou serviço de café da manhã com pagamento antecipado e este serviço não é operado pelo estabelecimento
