We stayed for one night while passing through. The hotel service was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Everyone was very kind. There's nothing more to add.

The front desk service at this hotel was terrible. I booked a sea-view room, but they gave me a room with no view at all. I looked at two more rooms, but neither had a sea view. I arrived at the hotel around 7:00 AM, and the front desk told me to wait 20 minutes for their room to be prepared. It turned out it wasn't the sea-view room I booked. Rooms with pool views cost 2000 RMB per night, and sea-view rooms cost 2700 RMB. I spent two hours negotiating and looked at three rooms, none of which had a sea view. I had no choice but to accept my fate. When I got to the room, there were no pillows on the bed, and even when I found a few, there were no pillowcases. The bathroom only had one bath towel; there were no hand towels, floor mats, or even a bottle of water. There was a lot of pigeon droppings on the balcony. I suspect the front desk staff discriminated against Chinese people. It wasn't until 10:30 AM that I finally understood, and her attitude remained bad throughout. The restaurant service in the morning was okay, and the pool service was better. The beach area is rocky, not sandy, so the service was probably lacking due to fewer guests. There were about twenty people having breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel.

Modern and very well maintained hotel, calm and family atmosphere for a very pleasant stay.

I have been in The View for a week on detox program with friends. It was such a lovely experience. Spa facilities are great, hotel stuff was kind and polite. Cusine was exceptional. Special thanks for a concierge Mohamed who organized for us day trip to Rabat. All in all high recomendation.

We had the pleasure of staying at the View Bouznika last week. We took part in a 5 day wellness retreat. The Hotel is located about 30 min drive from Casablanca Airport. We had an Amazing experience with an unbeatable customer service. From the moment we set foot in the Hotel, we were greeted by the lovely Youssra, from guest relations, who made sure we were checked in and introduced to all the facilities at the Hotel. She remained in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we were well looked after. The service with a smile was consistent throughout our stay in every part of the hotel, from the breakfast staff , to the amazing Mohamed, the concierge , the restaurant and of course the amazing Spa personnel. The wellness facilities are top notch . The gym is brilliantly fitted with latest gym equipment. The personal training sessions were great and personal trainer was attentive. The sea water pool was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Fati’s stretching session at the Yoga studio was one of the best 1.2.1 session I ever had . The Hammad session was an amazing experience . We had a sea view suite overlooking the beautiful pool and immaculate gardens . The rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to details and beautiful furnishings. Breakfast at the V was a treat , with great selection of healthy options. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Lunches Dinners at the Isola main restaurant had a great selection on offer . From healthy menu to great Pizzas and Pastas. This is a great place to chill , destress and unwind , with great views and most above all most amazing service . We will go back in a heartbeat .

I have booked to stay at this hotel for 7 nights on their de-stress all inclusive package from 9-15 May. This stay was booked nd fully paid for in mid January. Earlier this week I received an email requesting that I alter the dates of my stay due to a “problem” - which was clearly overbooking. I replied that unfortunately this was not possible due to my travel arrangements. I was very upset by this and concerned that the stay that I had been looking forward to was now disrupted. I received no further communication from the hotel and had to chase them on a number of occasions before receiving a response. The response was that they would be moving me on the last night of my stay to their hotel in Rabat, but not to worry as they would do this for free and also transport me to the airport for my flight at no additional charge. Totally unacceptable- no offer of compensation, no apology. Apart from the above I have emailed three times to ask whether it is possible to book my treatments in advance, no response. Clearly this is not the kind of service you expect from a hotel of this standard. Who knows what the outcome of this will be. This was supposed to be a relaxing de-stress break for me (as a solo traveller) after an extremely stressful few months starting a new life in a new country. I am still waiting for a response to my last email ………….

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I want to give a special thank you to Yousra from guest relations, who made my experience even more memorable. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, always checking in to see if everything was perfect—and it was! Excellent concierge staff and equally great front desk staff. In particular were Mohamed from Concierge and Sara from the reception. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I would like to compliment the F&B manager Jihane for her outstanding professionalism and leadership. She ensures that every guest is attended to with care, and her strong management skills clearly reflect in the smooth running of the service. I was particularly impressed by the way she personally engages with customers, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her presence truly enhances the dining experience.

We were so fortunate to be served every day by Hicham Boutaba. He made our dining experience truly special with his constant smile, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere that we really appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, service like this is rare and deserves recognition!

The rooms are not clean the carpet looks like somebody has vomited on it there is hair on the floor and the service is so bad we had to wait three hours to check and the bathroom is so dirty recommend to not come and the best thing is the soccer field it is so small food is so bad but then they maked up for it but a little dirty

I came here for the first time,i was in this hotel,it was so fantastic,specialy that wonderful Guy M.Momo,i met him in Sofitel agadir,and i found him again right here, Always he keeps the same professionalism and the nice smile,thank you Momo.

We would like to thank our concierge He organized 3 excursions and transfers toward cities. Also, he suggested great restaurants in towns. All of these ended in a great gastronomic and cultural experience. We would love to visit the View hotel one more time!
