Very  strategic location walking distance to KFC, McD, and woolworths.

As with many rural motels,Covid changed what was offered. This motel is basically a very ordinary 1960-70s establishment, that has changed little in the past 50years. No breakfast or evening meals are available, but yet the rating of the motel remains high. All rural motels need to be re-rated post COVID. This represents poor value at $225 a night.

We stayed here overnight for a friend’s funeral. First I will say the cleaning staff are amazing so helpful and very polite. Breakfast- hmm state they have when asked was told “ sorry we don’t do that anymore, McDonald’s across the road.” This should be deleted from information book. Shower base please becareful as some tiles are lose and there is creaks in wall. Overall room was clean and tidy hardly heard any traffic.

Having travelled from far North Queensland to find such a well presented, clean and well located Motel at such a reasonable price was wonderful. The shower was amazing, comfy bed and walking distance to food outlets and supermarkets highly recommend.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was just perfect for our visit and had everything we could need/want (including wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms). It was also meticulously clean. Bedding was lovely and cosy on a cold night and blackout blinds meant it was very easy to sleep. Add to all this a parking garage, welcoming staff, and a truly central location and you've got the best place to stay in Benalla.

I’ve been staying here for years and can rely on it for value, cleanliness, service and convenience. It has on site parking suitable for my vehicle, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts are always welcoming. The rooms are well appointed with wifi and air conditioning.

I would really recommend anyone visiting Benalla to stay here. I accompanied my husband who was on a two day course in Benalla so comfortable accommodation was important. The position is great - within walking distance of anything you’d like to do. The room was beautifully clean and well equipped if you need to work at a table or relax on a comfortable setter. The bed had crisp white linen and very comfortable for a good might’s sleep. The heating in the room was very efficient and tea and coffee making facilities very welcome with microwave and toaster as an option. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast menu but it is a good option to have. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would love to come back again.
