Benalmadena Palace Spa

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Not our kind of place. Mediocre food both for breakfast and dinner. Low quality wines on the wine list. Very mixed treatment by the staff - extremely rigid attitude by some. Child, but not very parent friendly. Noisy pool area and extremely crowded restaurant.

Very pleasant experience with nice staff and good food The evening meal was disappointing

Rooms was clean, loads to do on site all round excellent trip! Thank you

Spotless room, extremely helpful and courteous front desk staff. Would stay there again.

Excellent family hotel with lots on offer for kids activities

Lovely, very helpful and accommodating staff. The amenities, it has evening and the buffet food is varied and really tasty, they have thought of everything.

Nice hotel The pool area was nice, but the indoor spa was too cold. Very good food - buffet considering, but not a very effektive system at the restaurant entrance. Very good service: had a water damage from above, but they quickly fixed it and offered us a bottle of champagne as apology. Sweet cleaning crew that left candy for my daughter. Overall a nice hotel and a good experience.

The structure is amazing and also the staff is great and very friendly. The room had too many mosquitoes, which was a bit annoying.
