Really an excellent hotel. Nice rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice views, nice staff, easy parking. Maybe my stay was colored a little bit by us having stayed in a few AirBnB's just prior that were somewhat hellish, inconvenient, and just as if not more expensive. We had planned on staying in a similar place in Benasque, but at the last second the AirBnB host through up a few hoops that we didn't feel like jumping through and then noticed that this hotel was actually cheaper than the AirBnB even with multiple rooms needing to be booked. Overall those aren't super important details BUT it was just such a treat to be in a hotel - and one that was so nice at that. Our room was a little odd in that you entered the room through the bathroom, but ........ not an issue for us!

Siempre había sido el hotel preferido de mi familia, pero actualmente nos ha decepcionado , las habitaciones siguen estando bien, pero actualmente , la piscina climatizada fría, con más de 20 niños de 8-12 años gritando y tirandose , con gente que seria padres/marstros sin decirles nada.Luego gritos en el pasillo etc,a las 11 noche y a las 8 de la mañanaPor la noche decidimos comer algo en el bar y la camarera me dijo que ya no hacian más que “ rabas, patatas brabas, croquetas o pizza”. Todo muy sano…. Antes tenian ensalada, fruta variada etc. La escusa es que hay trabajo en la cocina…. Pues que no pongan un cartel en la puerta con toda una carta del servicio de bar. En fin menos mal que solo fue una noche pero han quedado pocas ganas de volver pese a que como he dicho era nursyro favorito.

La habitación abuhardillada tiene una ventana pequeña y muy poca luz. Al entrar pensé que me había equivocado y había entrado en un baño, la habitación entra directamente en el baño y luego pasas a la habitación . Un poco raro y poco íntimo. Si llama alguien a la puerta mejor no esté nadie duchándose. La piscina está demasiado fría. No es agradable. Y el agua de la ducha está apenas tibia. No llega agua bien caliente. La habitación está muy mal insonorizada. Se oye cualquier persona hablar en la habitación de al lado. El check in es muy tarde A las 16,30. Así que al dejar la habitación por la mañana para ir a esquiar realmente la estancia son 16/17 horas! La decoración es moderna y agradable y muy buena la luz artificial, agradable. El desayuno muy bueno y muy completo. Solo me ché de menos un zumo de naranja natural. El personal amable en todo momento. La cafetería buena y siempre disponible. Para ensaladas sandwiches etc

Muy buen hotel. Todo muy cuidado y maxima atención. Habitaciones muy cómodas y muy bonitas. Excelente ubicación. Muy buen desayuno con huevos o tortillas preparadas n el momento y un buffet de muy buena calidad. Piscina muy bonita. Todo muy bien Solo indicar que el bar o cafetería del hotel es algo pequeña y muy ruidosa La atención excelente. Muy recomendable
