Super friendly staff. Lexi was amazing. No elevator but staff offered to help carry stuff up. Room was clean but could tell the cleaners don’t pay attention to the doors. There was tissue in the peep hole and a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Kinda makes you wonder what else wasn’t cleaned

They charge $25 if you checkin early. I arrived at 3pm and had to pay $25 to get into my room 1 hour early. My room was right by the lobby so that wasn’t helpful as far as noise went. Lots of stomping from upstairs room above me.
Rooms smelled very strongly of a cheap smelling cologne which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if this was the cleaner smell?
My window did not lock and I was on the ground floor. I put a few items in the window sill to feel safer so the window couldn’t be opened all the way.
I had some ants in my room in the bathroom and I found a few in my bed.
The pillows were comfortable.
I liked that they had a microwave and fridge in the room. I paid $250 a night and it felt like a $70 night hotel. I will pay extra to stay at a nicer hotel next time.
