Location is very good, right inside T2 of Jakarta Airport. Room is clean and breakfast opens early for early travelers.

Good access from airport shuttle train👍 hotel is on the second floor, but lift is not available, so tough to carry suit case

Only stay for one night as we were landed late in Jakarta, but it was excellent service, would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Once again, we enjoyed so much the convenience to check in the airport in the morning from the hotel. Services from front desk: Yosi and concierge As hmad are so friendly and attentive. Breakfast food in the cafe are quite okay and the service is professional. Will sure stay again in this hotel when come in next round.

The hotel is quite convenient as it is located inside the airport complex but entrance is a bit hidden so hard to spot. Overall the building is old but maintained pretty well, the room is clean and the fixture works fine. Breakfast is served from 3 am to 9 am with limited option but the food is delicious. The downside to this property is that there is no elevator and lot of stairs.

Very convenient transit hotel, right at 2nd floor in the airport. Especially convenient when u Hv very early morning flight.

Hotel did not provide bath towel, face towel and floor mat for guests. We have to pick up by the service trolley when we check in late at night. Breakfast food not very appetising. Climbing up and down the hotel entrance via steps with luggage is not convenient

Stayed at the Jakarta Airport Hotel for one night before catching an early morning flight the following day. While the hotel is quite basic and in need of some renovations, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made the stay bearable. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, with outdated furniture and a lack of modern amenities like hairdryers or irons. The safe in my room was also broken, and the toilet flush was quite weak. Additionally, the pillowcase on my bed had a noticeable stain. Upon requesting a replacement, the housekeeper who was cleaning the next room promptly provided me with a fresh pillowcase. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, I must commend the staff for their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist guests. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing information and addressing my requests. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was simple but adequate. It consisted of basic staples like bread, cereal, and eggs and traditional Indonesian morning porridge. Overall, the Jakarta Airport Hotel is a decent option for those seeking a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport.

The cost is higher then it’s worth. Small rooms and poor in electronic device connections The hotel needs a good face lift Is ckean and staff is attentive

Great choice for a night long stop at Jakarta airport (Terminal.2). Easy to reach by Skytrain from other terminals (transfer free). Good bed and nice breakfast buffet. Maybe bit the most spectacular location, but if you just need a good shower, a meal and a nice bed then this is the perfect choice at a good price.
