Easy access in the terminal 3 building, but a lot of Noise, very bad sound insulation. Annoying when you tried to sleep. Not worth my money.

I stayed here for one night before my next flight in the morning. They were really quick to action request made incoming travellers. However the toilets was terrific because it was cleaned but the showers were a bit messy.

I paid for the bigger capsules but we were sent to the smaller capsules! The sheets were dirty and one of our lockers was broken and no towels were in them we had to go back to the front desk to pick up! Two weeks ago the stay was good but unfortunate not this trip! But the location is truly convenient!

Positive Points:
＞ The employees are really good and kind.
＞ The room very clean and comfortable for taking a rest.
＞ Got hot water when taking shower.
Negative Points:
＞ Lack of amenities. For bathroom, they only provide shower gel. So we need to bring shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush because they don’t sell it at hotel.
＞ The bathroom… can be consider as quite clean. No insects etc.
＞ No outlets in the bedroom. They do provide 2 slots of USB-A. But some I am sure some people prefer to use outlets instead of directly use USB-A.
