Bad hotel

Buena ubicación, Mal la obligación de reservar con desayuno. Mucho ruido en los pasillos.

Amazing stay. Staff are so helpful. They go over and above. Great location. Useful that if you want you have the facilities of a larger hotel close by although we did not use.

Some basic facilities/ items were missing. (Water bottle, iron box, kettle etc) After request they provided. Satisfied.

Nice hotel situated very close to some lovely beaches. The room was clean and very comfortable. For the I price cannot complain.

Very nice location and very good price and friendly staff. Busy Semana Santa. We had family visit in here. And stay for a night . Close to beach, close to village center. Reception and restaurant staff are very friendly. Breakfast very nice. Maybe one comment for coffee machine, they should have a Americano coffee.

We booked this hotel for 7 days partly to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed an upgrade to suite which was great. we booked through ******* and advised that this was the last room for our week. Reception very good and we needed it as twice our room door lock failed but attended to promptly. Although advised that it appeared the hotel was full on our first night dinner there were about 10 persons. however, the following morning we found that the was a huge host of young Canadian footballers and their coaches, family etc staying which we did not expect staying in a 4-star hotel and their manners were not good. Moving on to the restaurant which on your web site ‘offering an à la carte service’ which it clearly does not and the food although previous guests have said was good for us it was bland and with no imagination, spaghetti/pizza/lasagna/ chicken dippers are not what we expect from this type of establishment, perhaps it was because of the footballers. More importantly when there was some sort of party one night we sat and watched superb tapas going past us to the party so if this type of food is available why not for everybody.? Please remember we were paying some €54 for dinner each night and never got our monies worth. Again, from the web site ‘you can find a café, giving you the perfect excuse to grab a moment for a coffee, a soft drink or a snack’ – this was a very poorly attended BAR not a café and from what appeared to be a small staffing situation, if you wanted a drink or coffee quite often no one about???? Ther pool – no shallow end!!!!!???? The depths are marked but need redoing show a minimum depth 1.8m, this is not good for poor swimmers. In fact, my wife was surprised when I told her this so decided to enter the small pool via the steps which she slipped on badly and has bad bruises for the trouble. This area should have a handrail as in all the other hotels we have visited. This was reported to reception, but they did not seem to want to know. If we had known that the hotel was going to full of teenagers, we would have gone elsewhere One final point, if you make pool rules then they should be adhered to but these were Continually broken. the facilities mentioned on ******* and *********** are incorrect.

Pro: very nice milieu, the pool outside refreshing, the buffet breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty, the room was clean and comfortable. Contra: few parking spaces (Fortunately, there was one free parking space upon arrival, but we couldn't travel anywhere because we wouldn't have found a parking space on our return). The room telephone didn't work even though it was needed.

We booked one night on our journey further South. We would be very happy to return to this beautifully fitted hotel. The best value and nicest room of our 5 day drive South. Breakfast was included and offered excellent choices.

We spend a few days here and we really appreciated the peace and quiet. The trees around the pool makes the place to look cozy and provide a very good shadow during the day. The sandy beach is close and there is a big supermarket on the other side of the hotel. The food , (we had full board), is good. The display a bit narrow but is sufficient. Unfortunately they renovated the kitchen when we were there and we had to have one lunch and one dinner at Azur hotel which we didn’t like it very much. The seating in Azur resembles a canteen and the food although similar didn’t taste the same. The room was big with a nice terrace and AC was the silent type. The room could use some upgrades but is still serviceable. I was able to relax here and enjoy the weather so it was a good experience. There were kids in the hotel but not many. I think the Orange one is better in this regard. They ( Orange hotel) have some kids activities planned.

Only 2 min from the Beach and with a own Pool. The building is a little older, but ok. Breakfast was ok, but it should be better for a 4 star Hotel. The Gym is in another Hotel, we were a bit disappointed that we had to pay an entrance - this should be included for hotel guests. Overall we had a nice stay, but we expected a bit more from a 4star Hotel.

Fue bien para el corto tiempo que estuvimos pero se puede mejorar en comiida. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas pero en realidad es de 3

mi opinión personal, es que le sobran estrellas, claro que también decir que el precio me pareció barato
