Everything was fine but be careful with the maintenance guy, he was hanging around the hotel boxing and screaming, angry, it's very Annoying, that person lacks education and if he sees you leaning out of the window he'll scold you because he thinks you're smoking. Well, if it hadn't been for the crazy man with the ladder screaming there, angry, it would have been a recommendable hotel, but I won't tell my friends that way. Friends, go in case you come across that crazy person who is pissed off with life.

Hotel muy cerca a la playa, buen trato de ambos personales que me atendieron, muy limpio, ordenado. PD: Dejan guardar maletas despues del Check Out Excelente!

Great location centre of old town, Had a late check in at 1am with no problems , reception even went out they way and free bottle of water when returned later on that night when couldn't get vending machine to work.,room as clean and towels changed every day

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old town. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I do have a few concerns though. The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbours like they are in the same room. The shower didn't have any pressure when it was on hot. just enough to have a wash. The door didn't fit and was rattling all night. Ear plugs solved the noise issues.

Good basic hotel if you are just using it for a place to sleep. very clean. Exceptional staff. Perfect location. Only criticism was the bath/shower. The glass shower screen didn't move so you had to get out of the bath (which was deep) at the end. Due to the floors being wet was very slippy and a bit risky getting out. No anti slip mats.

Come back from staying for 5 nights. Stay was ok but room didn't get cleaned throughout the whole time of staying. Despite asking and leaving a note on the door. The cleaner was very rude. They also took money out of my bank when I got home with no explanation

Do no I repeat do not stay here. Went here on a whim , first time in benidorm and was told "stay in old town it's lovely and quiet" so we did and it's not at all. The hotel is on a ally that is so loud and does not quiet down until 5 ish in the morning. No double glazing windows so everything sounds like it's happening in your room, if you do manage to get to sleep you can be sure you will be woken up by shouting screaming or constant vomiting sounds throughout the night. Walls are super thin too so u can be sure u will be listening to the sound of puke hitting the toilet of the ppl next door. Beds were comfy but what does it matter when u can't get no sleep!!!!!!! Remember I have just come back from out of season too so I would hate to think what it is like in season for people who stay there. Again do not stay here unless u are going for party time and u will be one of the drunkards who make the noise.

This hotel is excellent value for money if you get a balcony room. It is right in the heart of the old town, but you can walk to the new town if you want (5 mins). The hotel is surrounded by shops and beautiful restaurants and is 5 minutes from the beach. Tapas Alley is approximately 1 min's walk away. Rooms clean and spacious with someone on reception 24 hours per day. Breakfast has minimal options, but for the price you pay, it is sufficient. If you want a full fry up every morning, then it's not for you. Cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, cheese, and ham are the main offerings along with mini sausages, beans, Spanish bacon, and boiled eggs. Again for the price you pay per night, we found this totally acceptable. Would I stay here again, yes, but as I said, get a balcony room as we had booked the standard room and had to change.

2 of us stayed at the Hotel Benidorm City Olympia whilst on a stag do in Benidorm due to adding on late. We had a pleasant stay. From arrival we were allowed to store our bags in the storage facility due to us being there early. After going to watch the football we came back to check in. The check in process was very easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was rather basic but does what it says on the tin. We were given additional towels when we requested which was nice. They also allowed us to keep the key at the front desk due to us returning at differing times. The bar attached was also great! We had a few drinks in there and the bar staff were friendly which made the atmosphere nice. Well worth staying here if you are looking for somewhere to rest your head.

Excellent basic hotel ,not luxury but very clean, very polite staff and near all amenities, well worth the money,there is a bar at the hotel ,expensive beer but spirits reasonable, also breakfast choices are vast but the bacon is awful ,rest is OK, no option with eggs just hard boiled available.

Very very clean but very very basic. You have to hire things like hairdryers, irons etc and the towels are very small, Reception staff & bar staff were very welcoming, for a short get away we couldn’t of picked a better place for the price, it could be a little noisy outside but I think that’s just standard in Benidorm. We had a brilliant time and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel, shame it doesn’t have a swimming pool, however, I’d rather stay in a clean hotel - which is exactly what it was.

Great location great for shops and to get to the beach . Really comfortable clean beds staff great cleaner every day . I would stay again but bathrooms need a good refurb very dated … Over all stay was lovely and relaxing and value for money ……..

Stayed here with 5 others early november, staff at desk were brilliant at getting us checked in nice n quick, room was bang on for what we needed and the balcony was an added bonus, bed was lovely and comfy, only gripe was breakfast it was okay for the price but was flat cold, although there is a microwave at hand to warm it up, but like someone said earlier there are loads of places close to eat out, tapas alley was nearby and the food was absolutely delicious, beach is a 5 minute walk and a great place to spend the day chilling in the Spanish sun, we will definitely stay here again.
