Hotel Clopy Rocamar

Me and my friend are pretty like this hotel for the accommodation, location and the service. Everything is perfect here.

Beautiful hotel , very clean , lovely staff Fresh towels everyday excellent stay

Great location for the old town of Benidorm. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Roof terrace small but nice spot for a little quiet sit in the sun. Bedrooms had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and linen white and clean. Bathroom had good shower and nice products. Breakfast was okay but service rather slow. Had to wait for cups and then 2 or 3 were brought out at a time. Same for cooked bacon. Bread and pastries were nice We enjoyed our stay and if returning to this part of Benidorm would stay agin at Hotel Clopy Rocamar

What a great hotel! Close to the bars and restaurants but in a quiet side street a few steps from Mal Pas beach. A few minutes from Levante beach sea front with music in some bars too. Close to Tapas Alley. The opposite end of Levante to the ***** but walkable (1.5km) We just had the standard room which was basic but clean and had all you need inc WiFi fridge and free safe and A/C. No groups allowed either. Reception were super helpful when TUI misplaced one of our suitcases going above and beyond to help track it down. One piece of advice is the walls are very thin…night one we were woken by next door having a nice ‘cuddle’ time! We didn’t eat at the hotel but they offered room service for a reasonable price too. We would stay again.

We have just returned from this Hotel and do not have any complaints would definitely stay again if we go back. The location is great, literally steps from the plaza castilia. The hotel has plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't say what the food was like. The rooms were very clean, we just had a standard, not a deluxe but we were happy with it, very small balcony overlooking an ally, the shutters outside took away any light and the room on a night and day were pitch black which was great for sleeping. Great value for money, the staff were great on each interaction, the lad on reception managed to get us all into our rooms 4 hours early which was amazing not having to sort that out hours after arrival. The communal spaces were all fresh and clean with comfy chairs to wait for the rest of your party to join you. Great stay. Great hotel and would 100% return without question.

Lovely 4 night break with husband. Hotel room was spotless. Rooms freshly decorated and well appointed with large wall TV, kettle, tea and coffee, small fridge and hairdryer. Daily room service as standard which was nice. Staff were extremely helpful. The manager Jorge was fantastic. Location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, just metres away from tapas alley and the old town Square. Just what we were looking for. A lovely little find. We've already decided we will definitely be back.
