Loved it pity its in benidorm I didn't like it benidorm but if you do stay there it's was lovely

Great staff very helpful and prices were good. Hotel overall was OK clean and quirky. Beds comfortable and large walkin shower you got a kettle in the room but no cups coffee ect. But location not very good for us. It was in the middle of the residencal bit of town. Parking was a nightmare as everywhere is residential only if you do manage to find a blue parking space you have to top up ever few hours. We ended up parking in a car park at an Extra cost of €22 hotel pool is across the road.

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were brilliant. Only down side was I didn’t check what room I had booked… I’d booked a standard room and it didn’t have a terrace/balcony only a window to a slabbed area. This wasn’t a massive issue as we were out most of the time anyway. We stayed on a B&B basis. Breakfast is ok but I’d advise getting down early. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. We didn’t know this and have made a complaint to our booking agent as I feel this is important information. We were able to use the pools in the sister hotels (one over the road and one just round the back) however it got quite busy on a few occasions so we weren’t able to use them. Location isn’t the best if you are not able to walk far. It’s a good 10 min walk down to the beach and a bit longer when you are coming back up. I’d definitely go back though but I’d make sure the pool was open!

A bit to far out to enjoy the night life. over all a great hotel. Shame the pool bar wasn't open . Staff were awesome. Decent room. The food was great , i didn't like the plastic glasses ( i understand that ) However your staff learned that after an hour or so.. I will come back.

We had a great stay, we are very happy with the treatment, the service and the hotel. My 100 to Andrea the bartender for her great treatment, joy and dedication. We had a greatfull experience and we hope to return soon.

We stayed here with our friend for his wife's Birthday get away, the staff went out of their way to make it special including bottle of bubbly and a birthday cake. We arrived late and lady on the reception was still very welcoming, there was food and drinks waiting for us it the restaurant. even though it was very late. The Room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed, there is a good selection of food to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the bar staff polite and friendly. A great place to stay with excellent service.

We spent 4 nights at a junior suite here. On the first night our neighbours had a party with some visitors, music and drinks. Started at around 11 p.m. and ended well after midnight. I spoke to the receptionist, but not much was done. In the morning, I asked to be moved to another room, which they did. No joy with the sleep here either - the walls are so thin, you can hear every word your neighbours speak! And you do know when they come back after a night out. The rooftop pool was closed - a few other pools were available to use at Olympus and another hotel, but we just went to have a look (too cold to jump in). Pool towels were available at the reception for a €10 deposit. Positives - the rooms were modern, nice shower room, cleaned daily. The staff at the reception - pleasant and accommodating. Full board - good selection of food with fish and meat options (including grilled while you wait), salads, fruits, and desserts. Very good for a 3-star hotel. We would not recommend it because of the sleep quality.

Spent 3 nights here during Easter Half term. Can only echo earlier reviewers' comments - roof top pool was closed, but the staff directed us to the pool over the road (Sol Y Sombre hotel), or there was a rooftop pool at the 'sister' hotel, Olympus. Walls were really, unbelievably thin!! On the first two nights - from 11pm onwards, our Spanish neighbours blared out the TV, watching 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire'! On our final night, with the alarm set for 6am, the same room was let to a group of loud girls - while at the same time someone in high heels was pacing up and down the room above!! Couldn't fault the staff - in fact they were a credit to the hotel. Didn't bother with the included breakfast so cannot comment on that. Location was fine - as with anywhere in Benidorm, everything is a walk away. Think we paid €70 odd a night for the three nights - and for 3 occupants, so it's very much in the cheap and cheerful bracket. If they could just 'plug' the noise from immediate neighbours - and that of those returning in the early hours, it would make the world of difference. 3/5 and a 'could do better' is about right, based on our experience.

We like the location just gives us another option not particularly bothered about the main street on the ***** close to poniente beach.The room was great to say it was basic class shower superb more than happy.Staff were brilliant made it feel great couldn't do enough for us.The downside was that it was cool where the bar was and not a very good ambience too big and open entertainment wasn't too good not really makes you want to stop in the hotel.finally the food was a good selection but the hot food was luke warm not pleasant for us which was a disappointment.
