Stayed here with my partner for a week (4/10/24)..For what we paid we honestly couldn't knock it,yes it is predominantly Spanish, mainly because it's in the old Spanish quarter of Benidorm!!..We found all the staff very pleasant, keen to help and overall the hotel was spotless. Rooms were clean, nice, comfortable beds, good shower and a small, but adequate, balcony ...Food was good, hot and plenty of choice..admittedly the pool area (roof) could do with a few euros threw at it to improve it...the Entertainment was geared up for the Spanish, which wasn't a problem as we were in a Spanish Hotel!!..nice walk through the old town within 10/20 mins of most of Benidorms bars, restaurants n stuff...all in all a great stay...

My sister and I visited for a 5 day break. We were dropped off at the Fiesta Park hotel and wandered around looking for the Olympus for a while before looking on Google maps. Not a good start but we were then pleasantly surprised with the hotel room which was really nice and had everything we could want - except for a teaspoon and a couple of more pillows. But the beds were really comfy and we slept well. We were on a B&B basis and the breakfast facilities were really good and food was tasty. Lots of choice. Staff were friendly and the place was really clean. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fantastic views of the mountains. The bar area was closed so we didn’t use it but could imagine it being very good. Could have done with a map of the area in the hotel handbook - it was more about the hotel chain and didn’t give us any idea what we could visit or where to go. Overall, the stay was just what we needed and I would recommend.

The staff at this hotel are very nice, and the hotel is very clean. Little disappointed with the food, very repetitive and not great tasting. Didn’t stay for the entertainment in the evenings but caught bits of it. From what I seen it’s more for the locals. We had all inclusive and can honestly say it was a waste of time as we didn’t eat the food and ended up having to go out for food, we only had a hand full of drinks. The pool area on the roof top although small is very clean. Snack bar was closed. Our all inclusive was taken off us at 12pm on checkout day but we did not leave until 5.30pm so had to pay for drinks from then on it did not carry over to pick up time. It’s about 15 min walk to the beach and quite a trench to any decent night life. Again around a 15 min walk to the shopping area. The transfers to this hotel don’t actually drop off there and it’s about 10 mins away. It’s up hill on arrival so maybe a little longer. All in all I would say this hotel is budget friendly and ok for a base if you want to travel around and don’t want everything on your door step, but it’s certainly not a 4*. The staff thou are very friendly and welcoming.

Don’t waste your money this is Not a 4* would barely scrape into a 3. Deluxe room not very clean toilets don’t flush, water doesn’t go down the sink, mould all round the air on very unhealthy. Kettle doesn’t turn off. No bedside tables. Ants everywhere in the room. Entertainment appalling.. travelled to hotel the week before staying to check a low floor and was promised a room on arrival didn’t get it staff unhelpful wish I had cancelled it. No outside space to have a drink. Can’t go to the pool by lift it’s up a rusty set of stairs. The place is a mess tiles sticking up everywhere. Do not go by the pictures it’s nothing like yuk

Extremely disappointed with this hotel, food was bad, entertainment was absolutely shocking, and as for the swimming pool was a run down dive if I'm honest! Dining area catered for around 200 guests, entertainment bar area catered for alot of guests swimming area had about 20 sun loungers around it and for a 5 story hotel is absolutely shockingly bad, I've never been to an all inclusive hotel which has a "snack bar" where you have to order a burger or hotdog where the bar staff have to cook it it's always normally laid out to come and go as you please. It's really outdated and run down area. If I come here with my daughter we would of had to leave and go to another hotel, food fully catered for Spanish the hotel was full of them, entertainment was extremely poor and again catered for Spanish, rooms were lovely and were cleaned everyday. I wouldn't ever come back to this hotel, when I'm on holiday and go all inclusive I enjoy having nice food and decent entertainment but there was neither and definitely wouldn't say it was anything near a 4*

Spent 3 nights in this hotel with friends. Lovely, bright, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Located in a quiet, residential area, but still close enough to all the action. We really enjoyed the walk into town along the promenade. Some really friendly staff, especially the man on night shift at reception, he is very kind and helpful. The lady at the rooftop bar was quite flustered and could be a little rude at times, sighing and rolling her eyes when we ordered, however, she was on the bar herself with no help and had to make the snacks as well as drinks , so was under pressure! The rooftop pool was perfect with uninterrupted sunshine all day long. Food was very good, fresh and varied. The restaurant was very clean. Yes, the hotel was maybe geared more towards Spanish but we were in Spain after all and were made to feel more than welcome!

Nice hotel, clean, food very good, staff very friendly and helpful.situated in the old town was nice but not very close anything, nearest shops about 10/15 walk(for me) away.aimed more for the Spanish, but if a hotel in spain is good enough for the Spanish, that's good enough for me.

Worse hotel I've been too , went all inclusive, had to eat out everyday , food worse than school dinners .. nothing fresh . Swimming pool very small . Entertainment awful nothing for children to do ... Never worth the money we paid. All pictures online look very different to the actual place . . Would highly NOT recommend

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean - the staff work hard! There was nowhere to place things on, as space was limited. The shelf’s were wonky & the doors were missing from the built in wardrobe. Hot showers & plenty of clean towels. The restaurant was clean & I found the food, plentiful & fresh. Well presented & a good variation. The only problem with the restaurant… is that they appear to sell a Special lunch to locals, which means that residents are forced to queue to get in & you find yourself fighting to get to the food! They also appear to allow locals to use the pool area, the pool is small. There are no umbrellas or small tables. The views in the “far” distant are stunning however the hotel is surrounded by other hotels & local housing ( flats) I certainly wouldn’t go again!

I’ve just come back from a long weekend, and cannot fault this hotel at all! The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. I was really impressed with the food selection, there was something for everyone and everything was fresh and tasty! The only slight issue was the pool area was small, and sun loungers are limited. We didn’t struggle to get sun loungers as it was slightly quieter when we went, but in peak season it may be a struggle. The beach is only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and not far from shops and amenities. I would recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning!
