Avoid this place at all costs,total disgusting,the bath was yuck and the sofa was total dirt,they class air con as a fan on ceiling,we couldn’t sleep,we had to buy a 30 euro fan and still struggled because the beds were not comfy at all.the sofas are dirty with stains on and the tv is about the size of my hand and you have to rent a remote control from reception,the coffee machine doesnt even pour correct,the water misses the cup for crying out loud!!! on the last day we had to check in to a hotel to make sure we could sleep before our early flight.the bar staff were polite,the reception staff are ignorant,you have to put a 200 euro damage deposit down on a room that is dirty and cracks in walls and bath total yuck,the reception is a box with top class air con but the bar restaurant has none and room has none,the only good thing was massive balcony but you only have a decent view if your in the last rooms on end,the pool area is basic but ok,this is a 1 out of 10 for us and never again,we been going Benidorm 30 years and stayed everywhere,we chose this because it was cheap as its July.if there was air con then we could have tolerated it,we only there 4 days and last one we had to escape and pay 280 euros for 1 night in a hotel

You get what you pay for. Cheap stay. Large deposit (not yet got it back left 2 days ago) If they installed Aircon it would be well worth the price as the location is superb. Stayed here 5 years ago and it has improved. Would stay again, if they hired fans or installed aircon.

No complaints at all about these apartments, they were in a great location in the middle of the ***** at one side and the beach in the other. The apartment was clean, a great size and had everything we needed. Our balcony was huge as we had a corner room and the views were so pretty. The staff were always so friendly and the food and drinks available were great. The pool area is nice and clean and always had areas of sun and shade! Definitely amazing value for money! Was concerned about the lack or aircon but the ceiling fans did the job and it was 32-36 degrees when we stayed

I stayed here for a 4 night holiday over the past few days, when we arrived we was made to pay a £200 deposit, bit rich when the rooms arent even worth a quarter of that price. In light of this huge deposit we made sure to keep the room in good condition, all clean and emptied our rubbish on the last day as there was no cleaners to do this job. But prior to staying i saw reviews claiming that they would withhold part of your deposit claiming that you robbed items, so when we arrived i video’d the room just as a peace of mind, lo and behold when i landed back in england they claimed that i had robbed an ironing board. Now with ryan air’s stingy baggage rules i dont think an ironing board was at the top of my packing list. I messaged them and called out their scam and sent video evidence, which they didn't take on and claimed that i could have left the hotel with it or thrown it off the balcony, or that it was round the 1 tiny corner of the room i didnt record all with 0 evidence as there was never an ironing board in the room to begin with, and im still waiting on my money. Overall, this, inbetweeners-esc hotel is stuck back 20 years with no ac, dirty conditions all around and they will probably accuse you of robbing drywall. 1 out of 10

No problems great breakfast clean if a bit tatty bathroom kitchen clean and basic nice pool and pool area no air con but we knew that and the fans in the room where great and could be left on all the time,man on reception was a total misery but bar staff where great.what doyou expect for the price would definitely stay again

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Luxmar Apartments to think twice. We were shocked to have our €800 security deposit withheld over what can only be described as normal check out conditions. The reasons given were that there were empty bottles left in the apartment and the beds had not been made before we left. A security deposit should cover genuine damage or excessive cleaning, not penalise guests for leaving recyclable bottles behind or for not making beds before departure. There was no malicious damage, no broken furniture, and nothing that could reasonably justify retaining such a substantial amount of money. The handling of this situation has completely overshadowed what was otherwise an enjoyable holiday. Instead of treating guests fairly, it feels like the deposit has been used as an additional source of income. Customer service has been extremely disappointing, with no willingness to resolve the matter reasonably or explain how an €800 deduction can be justified. I would not stay here again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone booking checks the security deposit terms very carefully before handing over such a large sum.

Working class tradesman from Yorkshire. Now,where do I start. We got back from here last night. only to receive a WhatsApp msg saying we’ve stolen a coffee machine and will not be getting our £200 deposit back. HOW THE FLIP DO YOU FIT A COFFEE MACHINE IN YOUR 10KG CASE! There wasn’t a coffee machine to start with! I’m a tradesman so I know property. And this place needs knocking down and starting again. Dozens of cracked tiles. Rotten doors. Leaking plumbing. Loose balcony rails. Broken fridge. Crumbling render and plaster inside&out. Doors that don’t lock,even in the public toilet. Don’t lean on the steel rail round the pool or you’ve got a decent fall to the lower car park. No air con and the bedding feels like the material on those green military jumpers your grandad used to wear. The guy on reception (I hope your reading this) is an absolute melt. Rude. Ignorant and hard to talk to. Dunno if he owns the place. But if you hate your job that much. Don’t take it out on people that are keeping your doors open. Honestly spend a few extra quid and stay somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. The one upside to this place were the staff behind the bar that were nice. Trip advisor needs a -⭐️ for this dump

For the price i paid, i couldn’t complain one bit, big fans in the room to cool you down, breakfast from the bar was great, staff very friendly, room was fair, good location and cheap as chips 👍🏻
