Perfect place for hens and stags or even solo travellers, nice and clean and beach club next door

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought "worse case scenario -TAXI" Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Room was absolutely stinking, hadn’t been cleaned properly before we had the keys, still lady’s hair on my bed, we had a freezing cold shower all weekend to which we had notified reception who said that’ll it be fixed. It never did. Had to bite the bullet and take it like a man. May as well have had a hosepipe. The mess Underneath the bed I’d rather not go there… The whole floor underneath us was getting renovated so waking up with a hangover every morning to the sound of an angle grinder or a sledgehammer wasn’t on my plans that weekend so that was definitely a putting off, you needed a cscs card to stay there!

We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and the man on the front desk was spot on and very helpful. The room did have odd marks on the walls, but it was clean. I would recommend this place and would stop again.

Really nice staff at the hotel, boss man on the bar can't do enough for you. Be warned he will try and sell you John Smith's, bought 74 as a trial in April and still had 4 left in August 25. 😄

Ignore the bad reviews – we had an amazing time! A group of 26 of us just checked out and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. Yes, the rooms are basic – but what do you expect? It’s exactly what you need for a stag do. We had 7 rooms between us, all of them were clean and the beds were totally fine. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s a clean, safe place to crash for a few hours before heading out to enjoy Benidorm again. Perfect for a stag party – 10/10 would recommend!

Come to this hotel with two of my mates, shared an apartment. It was basic but nice, everything worked and was clean. We all found the beds adequately comfortable. The air conditioning was fab aswell. For how little we paid for the place, it suited us very well. The staff were amazing and attentive, and very helpful. The pool and surrounding areas were well kept and we enjoyed lazing by it. It’s a stone throw away from the main ***** and the beach.
