Hotel & Spa Dynastic

Great location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner. It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room. The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.

The first room the a/c was broken Second room wasn’t very clean Hotel looked tired and needs updating The food was cold

We have had a lovely short break at Dynastic. Ignore the negative reviews. Rooms are clean,.we were upgraded to a pool view. Food is good. Plenty of choice. Always chicken, beef, pork or fish, lots of veg, ample amount of salads, bread, cheese, Tapas & desserts. Themed nights in the restaurant are very good. Pool area is clean and sunny. Staff at the bar & restaurant are very friendly. All in all a lovely few days away.

Great hotel excellent location staff very attentative food good choice. I would recommend upgrading to pool view superior room they are massive rooms with great views. We loved the fact when using the lifts you could only access you floor level with your room fob .

Hotel is poorly situated and is tired with the need of repairs especially in the toilets. Staff are very good and helpful THE HOTEL does not get the sun so your sat in shade after 1pm . The restaurant is ok and food is reasonable but the snack bar is possibly the worse one we have seen

A fantastic break with friends. Great service and friendly staff. A special thanks to Hasmik who made us feel very welcome on arrival and departure. Will definitely visit again. Thanks very much.

After reading poor reviews, thought hotel was excellent, had stayed about 12 yrs previously which was also great, food good, although breakfast not warm enough, staff were lovely and all in all a great stay

Brilliant staff and clean hotel .very close to beach 5 mins walk and bars and restaurants around. Food in hotel very good and lots of selection .rooms very clean and cleaners come around each day .
