The stay was great...the room was large and clean and the food was very good...then there was a pub with live music...and by the way...the girl who performed sang very well

Hello, I stayed for 3 days, location very good, but I do not recommend the meals, really not great.

There are not enough superlative’s to describe this hotel. After visiting a 5* hotel in Corfu and a 5* hotel in Sharm, I am wondering why the Benidorm Centre Hotel is not classified as such. We traveled as a small group of lads and booked this hotel as a cheap establishment to get our heads down. Wow, what a lucky find. The hotel itself is super central, literally in the middle of the Old and New town. Tons of bars and restaurants on the doorstep but about 10/15 mins both directions to the more well known haunts. ALL of the staff are amazing. Reception, quick, friendly (probably as expected), but they are naturally friendly and helpful. Bar staff in the hotel bar are on point. I didn’t pick up any names but there is a lady who works there and is absolutely nuts (well worth seeing). The rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and although I didn’t see “Carol the Cleaner” the rooms were clean and made up daily. We booked B&B and there is so much choice. Great food with the burnt bacon probably being the only slight niggle. Most certainly not a deal breaker. Overall, this hotel has EVERYTHING. Value for money, great location. Outstanding amenities. Should be a 5* !!

Beautiful Hotel very well maintained clean in all areas very good breakfast choices.The rooms are excellent and the maids are there every morning .All the staff we interacted with were happy to help very professional very well located in easy reach of the beach .The old Town and the strip

We stayed here last week. Delighted with the room (206) and the hotel. Felt upmarket and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Room was also cleaned every day during our stay, with clean towels provided. We booked B&B and enjoyed the breakfasts, as there was a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location - 5 mins walk from Old Town, 10-15 minutes from New Town and a couple of minutes from the beach. Some people may find the music from nearby bars distracting, but we weren't bothered by it. Looking forward to returning to Hotel Benidorm Centre after a great stay.

Absolutely perfect choice of hotel! Haven’t got a bad thing to say about this place! The location is perfect, close to everything in whichever direction you go. Beach is 5 mins round the corner, the strip is 5 minutes up the road to the right and lots of lovely restaurants right outside on the left. The staff are wonderful, the receptionist, maids and bar staff go above and beyond to help you. We asked for a kettle so with a €10 deposit which you get back, we got one, along with cups/spoons. They also loaned us an iron for free. Pool area is lovely, quiet music playing and really friendly atmosphere. Loads of beds but not sure how it would be in the summer!? Breakfast is from 8am-10.30am and a big selection of both hot and cold food. Omelette station where they’ll also fry you an egg. Bacon is Spanish style bacon, but you are in Spain! We didn’t have other meals in the dining room but the food at the snack bar by the pool is spot on (especially the spare ribs!) and food and drink is a good price. They also do you a take out breakfast if you’re leaving early, so order it the day before you leave. Lots of supermarkets all around you, but the big supermarkets nearer to the beach are half the price of the small ones. This is def the safer part of Benidorm as no dodgy people around to mug you like there are up the other end of the strip! You can choose to go old or new town as both are just a few minutes walk away. I would def book to come here again, it’s perfect!!! No noise from the road either as it’s nice and relaxing outside. Tip: ask for a room facing the beach as I didn’t realise until the last day that you actually have sea view on that side (and full sun on the huge balcony all day!!)! Such a clean, quiet hotel. Rooms spacious amply providing enough storage areas and TVs, if you must have them. The bed just right, huge, firm but comfortable and the bathroom....were we upgraded to have a shower and a jacuzzi? Dining area more than big enough for guests. Breakfast good, various options hot, and cold, bacon not too brill but eggs etc cooked to order. Evening meals varied usually 4/5 choices but avoid the lamb chops, they're pathetic. Pool area good, well finished with artificial grass surround and comfortable sun loungers. Staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes too few 'on the ground' maybe more needed. Location great, midway between the old and new town areas with plenty of bars, you must visit Winners, and a good variety of eateries close by or a short stroll away Don't forget to preload your room card with credit to get 10% off your drinks and snack purchases, you will be refunded any unused in cash on your departure. Going again....highly likely

We went for a week to Benidorm where we have been several times before and on this occassion we were looking for a hotel that was near the Old Town but not in it as most of those hotels there don't have pools or balconies. We booked via On the Beach Benidrom Centre Hotel as it had an ideal location for us. Upon arrival (around 10.30pm) we went to the front desk in a very bright and white modern looking reception. We checked in no problem (no deposit asked for which was nice as some hotels are now charging deposits when you check in) and were given our keycards. I asked for a high floor after reading the tips and hints on here and we were given the top floor (10th) a corner room (1003). The room was spacious, modern and had a safe (which we never used) a large tv that you had to have some patience with to find the BBC and ITV etc but they were all on there. Lots of wardrobe and drawers to put your stuff. The bathroom was also spacious with lots of complimentary packets of shampoo etc, combs, shower caps etc and even a shoe buffer. The best thing was there was a window in the shower so you could look out onto Benidorm whilst having a shower which was different. The floor of the bathroom was a bit strange though with some brown stains on but I don't think it was what you or me were thinking. We were BnB and went to the breakfast which was typical of a Spanish buffet breakfast. The bacon was thin and the sausage looked like they had been boiled not grilled they were very anemic. There was fresh fruit, lots of cereal, breads, meat etc. The strange thing about the buffett was there was no one there to ask your room and it was like that for every meal. You could just walk in and have all your meals without question. The pool was a nice size and not too cold and on our first day there was a DJ playing not too loud dance music and every 10 minutes he would pick up a sax and jam along which was different but nice. On the other days they had music piped in. There was a bar which was never busy and at nighttime on the other side of the hotel was a pub which again was never full and sometimes had artists on. The staff were very pleasant. Our room was cleaned daily. The balcony had blue astro turf type carpeting on it which was unusual and a table and two chairs and an ashtray. I would certainly return to this hotel it had some quirks like a reading area where one lady had fallen asleep doing her wordsearch lol. Lovely place would come back. Get a room high up the views are amazing.

Just back from a 5 night stay for our anniversary. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Plenty of sunbeds. Food was great. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. Friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. From crazy Christina, who " made" me a desperado as they don't stock them #yummy#rocketfuel. Juan who looked after us at the bars. Anna in the restaurant who sent us bubbly to our room and had the chef make us a cake. Best hotel in benidorm. Can't wait to return xxx
