Hotel Internacional

Great position right in the heart of the old town. Rooms are bright and clean, and reception staff are friendly and very helpful. This hotel would be better if it didn't deal with food. We were half board but I only went to breakfast once out of 10 nights. Went to dinner a couple of times but was so disappointed each time. Nothing looked fresh and a whole heap of stuff looked like it had stood for hours. One night I tried pea soup but the skin on the top was so thick you could of made a handbag from it!

Location is perfect and from the moment I checked in the whole team were friendly and very professional Room was quiet with excellent air conditioning and absolutely spotless Cleaned and serviced every day. Breakfast was excellent everything you needed and more well cooked and well presented. Have all ready recommended to numerous friends and family Thank you for a wonderful stay I’ll be back Trefor. Lovely central hotel in old town.... Near to Tapas Alley and little bars, the Marina,...... clean and comfortable room, lovely breakfast, very attentive staff. Cant fault anything and will definitely stay again. Very impressed... ......

We did not stay in this Hotel so cannot comment on the Accomodation, etc. They advertise an all-you-can-eat Buffet for €12.95 including a glass of Wine & Bottled Water, which we thought was excellent value, so we decided to eat here one evening. The Restaurant was more like a greasy spoon cafe with extremely bright harsh lighting, and the food was absolutely disgusting - not much to choose from and the food itself was of a very poor quality and almost cold, even though we arrived there as the Buffet was opening. The Wine & Water were fine though!

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Benidorm Old Town. The hotel had been refurbished 2 weeks before our arrival and looks very chic and modern with a relaxing feel to it. Tapas Alley is more or less opposite the hotel and Poniente beach is a 2 minute walk away, if that. Shops, restaurants, bars right on the doorstep. Lovely welcome on arrival by Jose who was so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information about the area. The rooms were super clean and spotless with a lovely hot shower and comfy beds. Fresh towels and beds made up each day. I would highly recommend staying at the Hotel Internacionale and we will definitely be returning in the not too distant future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positives - clean and comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding with it being so cold in this hotel at night Unfortunately I found this hotel very loud - Joe on reception lovely and actually acknowledged us unlike rest of staff - however from our bedroom we heard everything from chairs above our room to cleaners talking on stairs to guests up and down to the door bell during the night as the front door is locked after a certain point which during our stay was 1 am 2 am 3 am so as you can imagine we struggled to rest - we found this hotel chaotic !! And lots of children up and down slamming doors - there seems to be no management ensuring guests are respecting the hotel for others Location was fantastic right in the middle of old town On arrival we was told there been mix up with our room was now upgrading our room to bigger room Once we entering our room we realised there been no upgrade we gone from double to 3 single beds with hardly any walk way facing a yard and was also told due to this upgrade we was no longer able to have the late check out as this room was a popular room That was their mistake not ours I would not stay here again due to the loud environment during our stay
