Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay.

My partner and myself recently returned from a short break at the Bristol Hotel and everything about the hotel was fantastic from the staff, to the room, to the breakfast to the location. We loved it all and I would like to particularly thank Ivo who worked on reception, a very helpful and incredibly nice gentleman. Guy and Nikki

Clean, comfortable, modern. Lovely service. And very good prices for alcohol at the bar! (Put money on your room tab for 10% discount) Breakfast 8-10am had a great selection, fruit juices and hot drinks from machines near the entrance and staff were very attentive and worked very hard to get tables set up for the next people. Dinner 8-10pm was pretty late, but there was a wide food selection, hot and cold. Plenty salads, cheese and meat selection. Table service too to bring you drinks. We stayed for 3 nights, loads of restaurant choices ( the restaurant La Yapa - very much recommended lovely staff and good prices, don't be put of by the quiet look!) We visited as sisters for a short break away and were so happy we picked to stay here! We did have to ask to move one of the rooms as there was a very strong cigarette smell coming through the air vent, but staff on reception were very lovely, apologetic and sorted a new room for us. Would recommend getting a balcony with a view of the pool or beach, on the other side we were looking at a multi story car park, but had a sheer curtain as well as a black out one for privacy.

Great hotel cannot fault it, food is fantastic plenty of variety best we have had in hotels we've stayed in benidorm. Staff nice and friendly. Rooms big and plenty of storage kettle in room all toiletries included hairdryer. Great location would recommend 100%

The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. We had a balcony at the front of hotel on 4th floor, however I was disturbed many times by people walking past shouting at all hours. On my 2nd night at 7.45am someone was shouting so loud. On first night at 12.30am a randomer was shouting for 30 mins. So having a room with no balcony might be a blessing!! The bed was comfy. Husband prefers a firmer pillow though and he requested one from reception. It was delivered to our room, which was good. You can use a towel for €2 per day with a €15 refundable deposit. The TV has enough channels for the UK guests. The pool bar didn't accept cash, which was annoying, as we only brought cash with us. Our main issue was the evening meal times:- 7.30pm till 9.30pm! We were travelling with an 11 year old and 7.30pm meal time was too late. Then on our last evening they randomly changed the meal time to 8pm till 10pm! Everyone was queueing from 7.30pm, as no one realised it had changed. Why change it? People were annoyed. Especially those with children. The food wasn't for me to be fair, but my Husband enjoyed plenty! On the whole the hotel was very good apart from those few *******.

This was our first time to Benidorm & we were very happy with our booking to the Bristol Hotel. It was clean, modern & friendly. Location was good, near to the old town. Our room was a good size & everything was spotlessly clean. Our balcony was small but overlooking a multi-storey car park & a few apartments so not the best view but we were out every day so not a problem for us!! Our booking was for bed & breakfast only & the breakfast was good, not the best we’ve ever had but plenty of choice for everyone & a microwave if you needed things hotter!! The only negative thing I found was the the fact that only 2 coffee machines were working which caused huge queues & lots of impatient people, not sure why they couldn’t of opened up more around the dining room as they were switched off. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was quiet, relaxing & a really good base for exploring this lovely area, we would definitely book again.

Just returned from a three night stay, bed and breakfast. Hotel is lovely, can't fault it. Full breakfasts including proper bacon, black pudding, great sausages etc etc. You can get a toastie from the downstairs bar and take to the pool. The bar at the pool only accepted card payments. Rooms were spacious, cleaned every day, we didn't have much of a view, ie looked directly onto another building but we weren't there long enough, so didn't bother us. Because we missed breakfast on last day due to early pickup, reception offered us a breakfast take away, including fruit, water , rolls, sandwiches, cakes and fruit juice. Ideal location. Would return again.
