Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

It was really nice, the room was okay, the food was very tasty and there was a lot of choice, the staff were very nice but the cleanliness wasn't so great.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel, the food is very good, the only problem is the elevator; for people who cannot walk, it is difficult and takes a long time to go up and down.

The location of the hotel is quite bad, many hills and quite far from the center. Regular cleaning, the floor was a little dirty and the beds had hair… The pool was also quite dirty. As for the staff, quite friendly.

First of all, the staff is very friendly, they are at your disposal and they are really fast. It has good facilities although the way they are distributed is a bit strange. Now, for the quality-price ratio and being a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms are not cleaned well, and it is not that we left the room dirty, but at first glance you can see that they have not cleaned it, especially the bathroom. Guests ran and screamed through the hallways, making it difficult to take a nap or go to sleep directly. The location is good, close to the east. If it had been impeccable it would be about 4 stars but for me it's not worth it.
