Hotel Servigroup Orange

It was okay nothing special

So good first time, booked again , and will be booked again next year .

Now my 3rd time here and will probably be my last. Everything is as good as usual, food, service, pool area etc but the fact the weather has been in the 80' s this week and the air con isn't on has meant for the last 3 days of the holiday I've just been wanting to go home. We have 3 rooms and all have been unable to sleep most of the night as the room is roasting and even having the balcony door open, there is very little cooler air coming in and it is too noisy, right across from Cafe B. All the Servigroup hotels are the same apparently. Will be going home shattered with some bad as well as good memories after what I hoped would be a relaxing family holiday.

3rd stay at hotel orange, stayed as a large group as the hotel is perfect for our needs, location is ideal, hotel is spotless, food is of a good standard (breakfast is excellent) and the staff all very friendly. Will be returning next year again.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location if you want to be in the heart of it all. Rooms nice and clean, Little bit of noise from a couple of the bars but not too much that you can’t sleep. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of options. We went as a group, no problems. They just operate a zero tolerance policy. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks servigroup orange.

Excellent Hotel with no issues .Return booked for May would like tea making facilities in the room .

The hotel is right on the main ***** so no taxi. Great for anyone who not the best on there feet, or to much drink🙂 Great atmosphere in the hotel. It’s quite no messing or carrying on. Rooms are spacious enough. They are all the same. Value was good. They dont take groups. We are heading back again soon & look forward to it.

My time at this hotel Lovely very clean hotel so near to everything I loved that my room got cleaned every day staff was excellent and wish I took names so did not take my glasses down when going to the pool female bar lady so sweet to me and the gentleman to as they had lots of party people to see to lol and aircom definitely needed at this time of year Definitely be comfortable to say I be back in September Thank u so much job well done x

Hotel room very dated but it was cleaned every day and towels were replaced every day which was a bonus. Walls very thin we unfortunately had someone next door who snored constantly every night, wished I got earplugs to drown out the noise. Majority of staff were very pleasant and helpful but the odd ones found it hard to acknowledge you when entering reception. Not much selection where food was concerned, not very hot or appetising although you couldn’t fault the breakfast. We felt that we missed out on a breakfast, which we had obviously paid for, we left early on the Saturday morning so had to go down to the restaurant at 7 in the morning. There was no bread to make any toast, no cold milk to put on our cereals or tea, beaverage machine was on so I managed to get a coffee. Under cover was hard cakes which were not appealing at all. We think more effort should be made to put something more substantial on offer.
