Hotel Servigroup Torre Dorada

This is our 7th stay at this hotel, today on our last day my wife sat on one of the balcony chairs, it snapped(she’s not a large lady!!) she smashed her head on the wall knocking herself out, the phone in the room didn’t work to contact reception. She is being kept in hospital overnight, we should have been at home by now, on returning to the hotel they have insisted on charging me for the extra night we now require. Safe to say I shall not be returning and will never use a Servi group hotel again, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before holidaying with this company

The rooms are light and airy with plenty of mirrors. Our Balcony was lovely with a view of city and the beach. There is free WiFi, free air conditioning and a free safe in the room. Pool area is lovely and there is a lift from the road up to the pool. Dining area us immaculate with plenty food choice (we only had breakfast) The staff are all friendly and helpful. Only fault for me was the hairdryer not brilliant Some guests are noisy but this is no reflection on the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

We were told this hotel was 10 minutes from benidorm it's actually 2.5 miles to the old town . Booked into a 4 bed family room got a 3 bed room . Restaurant charges you 30 euro for an evening meal no chance would you pay that . The beer is completely flat the head of the beer disappears as your walking to a seat bar man constantly watching his watch to close the bar at 11 pm no matter weather your waiting to be served or not . We were bed and breakfast but honestly breakfast was bad on 1st morning the rest of the time we avoided it . Would I stay here again DEFINITELY NOT would I recommend it DEFINITELY NOT did we enjoy our few says away ABSOLUTELY Always go to the old town and next year will be back to the center of the old town

I stayed here with my friend on the 28th April for one week. The hotel is really nice. My room was a double overlooking the pool and beach. It was really nice. Plenty of room. Very clean and decor was pleasant. The shower was powerful. No kettle in the room. So if you like a morning cuppa. Take a travel kettle. Towels changed daily. We only had breakfast. Plenty of choices. Food was good. The staff are all friendly. Its situated in a quiet area. The walk to beach takes about 10 mins. Its a walk up a hill back to the hotel. Also coaches do not stop outside the hotel. They drop you off at the Bali hotel. Its a steep walk up the hill. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the Old town. A taxi cost around 10 euros. There is a bus stop outside the Bali hotel cost 2 euros. If you have walking problems it's not for you. Also there is a new hotel being built. Opposite the hotel. So it's very noisy. That being said. It is a really nice hotel. And I would return.

We have stayed at this hotel over the last 27 years at least once a year. Stayed here last week. Excellent food and presentation. Staff lovely, thank you all. Try not to arrive on a Saturday when everyone arriving for their weekend break. Queued for 45 minutes to check in but well worth it. We will be back.

Stayed here for a week in August. Stayed at half board so had the breakfast (8-10) and dinner (8-10) The food was lovely with plenty of choices and breakfast had additional hot or cold drinks included. Drinks for dinner were not expensive either so that was a bonus The pool bar is nice, with plenty of options for snacks and drinks (cocktails are €8.50) The bar staff are all really lovely aswell! The pool is nice and big but meant to open for 10am however the Spanish guests were allowed to get there by 9.30 and reserve Sunbed’s which seems unfair as it clearly states you cannot reserve Sunbed’s or be there before 10am, maybe having more Sunbed’s could be useful as the pool got very busy and a lot of people kept their towels down when they went in for lunch so if you wasn’t at the pool early enough then Likely hood was you weren’t getting a bed. They didn’t switch the daily entertainment around so we sadly missed the foam Party due to our flights on the Friday arriving late and leaving early which is a shame as we done it last year and it’s alot of fun. The do aqua dancing in the day which is fun and the entertainment/animation team always try and get as many guests up as possible to join in. The evening entertainment is ok, however it starts later so a lot of people do leave to go out the complex earlier. Maybe quiz nights or bingo would keep people there longer as it’s more inclusive and entertaining? Breakfast is very busy 9-10 so I’d advise going earlier if you’d prefer less noise The hotel is in a good location and the beach isn’t too far either I’d stay here again knowing to go to breakfast earlier and dinner earlier to avoid it being really busy. My mum did email the hotel a few months prior to us arriving (translated it to Spanish) requesting that our rooms were together due to my daughter having epilepsy and her being close by if needed (she was told they would take this request on board) however on arrival I was put on the 5th floor and she was put on the 9th Which was a shame seeing as she had asked a while before our stay

Well thank you Torre Dorada, I have just returned after a weeks holiday & I have undoubtedly put on at least 7lbs in weight, the food at this hotel is just amazing. I stayed here, full board with my husband & teenage son & we all ate so much, there was never a dish that we did not enjoy. The hotel, is wonderful. Staff are lovely, the animation team are fantastic. All the staff work tirelessly to keep things running smoothly & are so friendly. We first went to this hotel in 2018 & enjoyed it then & glad to say it still hits the mark. We met families that have returned for years & years, kind of speaks for its self. It is situated on a hill, so if you have mobility issues you may struggle. Clean hotel, comfy beds. Big pool with plenty of sun loungers. Nice part of Benidorm just across from Poinente Beach. Finestrat isn’t far away about no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel.
